Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Food was delicious, I tried the BBQ burnt ends and bacon burger and the caramel apple lemonade. The caramel apple lemonade wasn't really my thing so I swapped it for a prickly pear lemonade which was amazing. The burger was incredible, a generous portion of the rib tips on top of a sizable patty with crispy fried onions and cheese. Every bite had smokeyness and crunch and was a delite to eat. I would definitely recommend it and I'm looking forward to my next visit.

LOVE the new burger meat. Come to you juicy and thick. And my goodness, all the bottomless items. Onion rings are still the best!!!
I arrived, was seated. Took my order right away and my drink was delivered. It was maybe 5 minutes later and my food was delivered straight from the kitchen still sizzling (sweet potato fries) and perfect.
I so enjoy this location and the changes in the menu, the staff and the way they serve you.
I'm gonna earn another free item in no time :-)

Ordered two salads via door dash, I forgot to add cucumber and avocado to them, I called this location and the person who answered the phone was very pleasant and polite. She asked her manager to add those items to my salad, not only did he agree to do it but free of charge and he even went as far as to add bacon. These are the best salads I’ve dashed, perfect size and they portion everything exceptionally. No extra plain lettuce at the bottom! Thank you very much. Will be ordering from here more often!!!

Mike is awesome. I accidentally placed an order at his restaurant through the Red Robin's app when I meant to order from the Lloyd Center location. For some odd reason he was unable to refund my money. I then requested to see if he can transfer my order to a nearby Red Robin and he was able to make that happen. I really appreciate their kind service.

I have two comments to make...first my food was cold but didn't want to say anything as I was with a couple who invited me for lunch and didn't want to embarrass them....second...there was NO WHEEL CHAIR ACCESIBILITY doors...both doors we had to maneuver a wheel chair bound woman through ..when we were leaving the manager asked us if we would like for him hold the door open for us...we said that would be nice...I think after all these years of being an established well-known business they would have put in automatic wheelchair accessible doors...not everyone is escorted into this restaurant...if they were alone they would not have been able to enter and eat there...

Went in with 13 people and a toddler on the 26th dec, red robbin was great, the food got brought out fast, we got plenty of fries, the food was also really great and flavorful. I think a reservation setting might help, I didn't like just showing up with a group and slamming them, but you wouldn't have noticed they had any issues with it, they handled it great! Thanks for a great night.

Fast service, great burger (Southern Charm), and fries were hot and seasoned perfect! Had a bad experience at a different Red Robin chain and wanted redemption. This location did not disappoint and I would definitely go back again.

Updated. We gave this place another chance. 10 months later and the service and food was great. Big thanks to our waiter Ike, for his attention and persistence in making sure we had everything and all was well.

10 months earlier……

Sat down at 6:23. Half the order showed up all wrong, and the other half didn’t show up at all. Here it is 7:37 and I’m finally eating….. across the street at Baja Fresh. Terrible service today and management was snotty and rude. Just cause there’s a large table next to us doesn’t discount a table of three. Sad because we have always had great service at this place. Got offered a discount but I’d rather be paid for my time. I didn’t eat so I didn’t pay.

Good service, good food, and a good relaxed atmosphere. Manager clearly invested in the establishment/hands on and monitoring on the floor. Staff seemed happy too and were a delight.

We had a wonderful family dining experience. Amy was a very attentive waitress and took her time with us while our young son was excited to order his own food. In a rush to get home we accidentally left behind my sons tablet but they held it for us and I was able to pick it up the next day. Incredibly kind staff that we spoke to!

I had just taken my best friend's kids to an escape room, they were hungry and wanted to go to Red Robin after. Gio was our server, shadowed by Ella, they were great, the food was delicious, everyone had a great time 😋

This place is pretty good. We didn't have to wait to be seated on a Sunday afternoon which was surprising. We did the $6.99 burger and frys deal and it was super filling. Service was good and fast and our drinks were always full. I'd deffinately visit this location again!

The food was outstanding. Our waitress was as well. She had a great smile and personality to go with the service we received.

We walked right in and got seated immediately. Wasn't terribly busy, definitely was not slow. Our server was extremely courteous, and very very funny. She took our order with no issues whatsoever, and gave us a very friendly experience. The food was delicious and nothing was wrong whatsoever, and definitely is a good bang for your buck. We got the new peppermint milkshakes, and they are to die for I would definitely recommend. Overall great environment and I would definitely recommend going to this Red Robin!!!

Excellent customer service and workers were clean and seemed genuinely happy to be at work...Very nice Manager working with Employees to make everyone's experience Good...the only Great Red Robins in Portland.

Omg Geo.. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 what an amazing bartender our drinks where phenomenal. It had the right amount of balances and the flavors were on point.. to find out today was his first day at the bar by himself and the level of greatness our drinks had was delightful.

Decided to try Red Robin after seeing the commercials all my life and boy howdy I’m glad I did. I’ve been here three times now and the food is always good, staff always nice and attentive. Had Andrea as my server this time. They managed to schmooze me with good service and conversation while taking care of all their other tables as well. I will be back!

Got the BBQ wiskey burger and it was delicious! This is also a great restaurant to take the kids. There kids menu has great options that include bottomless fries and milk! The bottomless milk was a life saver for us! The wait for the food was resonable and staff was awesome too!

Came in about 230ish I'm not sure the titles given to our food...but I had the most delicious salad with seasoned chicken. Hubby ordered one of burgers he was super happy. steakfries, he said were perfect.....also purchased a loaded pizza to go for late night dinner after shopping... guess what? It. WAS. AWESOME. The sweet gal at the counter DID NOT LIE. Even with the downhill quality of most restaurants these days RED ROBIN did NOT disappoint. Our waitress was also amazing! Thank you for great food and great service!
