Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott El Dorado

My stay was fantastic. The front desk young lady was awesome and friendly. My room was beautiful and comfortable. I slept almost until check out time. I will stay here again. The inside was beautiful 😍

Professional and friendly staff, clean rooms/facility, suite was spacious enough to accommodate my family of 4, great location near places to eat & shop (some within walking distance)

Great rooms, bar was nice too. Not very many options for food but what I had was great.

We travel for work with my husband often and stay at numerous hotels. This hotel stood out, it was clean and the staff was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. Trent was very kind to our family and was able to accommodate transportation for my children and I for outings to explore your beautiful town. Mr. Paul drove us to and from our destination and made sure we got back safe. The lady in the kitchen was also very sweet and made rounds in the dining room before picking up breakfast making sure we were full and didn't need anything else. Thankful for people like your staff and safe places to stay like your hotel while we are away from home.

This hotel is hands down the best service I have ever had at a hotel. Our flight got cancelled on a layover at the local airport. The hotel came and got all 5 of us and got us rooms. They even opened the kitchen and bar back up for us! Kelly and the other lady (didn’t catch her name) were phenomenal, kind, caring, and professional. This hotel better give out some good raises or holiday bonuses to their employees because they deserve it!

This is a very clean property. The staff was very accommodating and the hotel offered a great happy hour! The bartender was great, one of the best margaritas I've had!

The one girl front desk didn't really know manager didn't either but girl Torrey help me out this year and last year too, I'm so thankful for her again thank you Torrey 👍❤🥰👍👌👏

This place took very good care of my daughter in the time she needed. They took her under their wing and took good care of her until I got there. You guys are the truly a gift from heaven and I am truly thankful for everything you've done for her on the 22nd & 23rd of December

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff is amazing. They went over and beyond to help our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting El Dorado.

This hotel has a five star staff! Great hotel in Eldorado! The best here. Pool open, bar open restaurant open. Located near many restaurants within walking distance. Bring your own candy and drinks! The mini convenient store here, is a major rip off.

Best place ever!!!!!

My husband and I stayed here with our mothers a week ago. When we returned home the next day my mother in-law (in her mid 80’s) realized she was missing her wedding rings! The rings are 68 years old and my father in-law passed away a year ago.
I called the a Hotel and spoke with Kellie, she bent over backwards in search of them!! For 4 days she worried about them! She called me a few times with updates on the search.

Today my mother in-law found her rings at our local shopping center!!
Kellie was the best!! The hotel was fantastic!! The staff was extremely accommodating!!

Love the place, so quiet and nice. The front desk worker was a bit rude if ya ask me. She needs to learn some hospitality. Manners would be nice, politeness is not that hard! If you don't like your job then by all means allow someone else the opportunity to work, but if you love your job but hate the customers, remember it's the customers as to why you even have a job.

Had an AMAZING stay! The staff are all incredible. Very accommodating. The hotel is very clean. Breakfast was good. 10/10 would recommend!

Great staff who really take care of their guests! Trent went above and beyond from the beginning and upgraded us to a suite to accommodate our group accordingly, greatly appreciated!

Our room was great for the price, building is only a month old. Bfast was a huge spread, bed was comfortable, bar downstairs, pool, workout facility, and gym. Very impressive! :)

This is the best hotel in town. There was a day I was having a bad day, but the black GM I couldn't remember her name help me have a better day and made me laugh. They also have good breakfast too. I would highly recommend others to stay at this hotel.

As usual the people at Marriott are consistently polite and professional. The folks here did go a little bit above and beyond to accommodate something I needed so I highly recommend that you trust these folks for a good night stay

Shanda McDaniel was great. The hotel was great! Everything was great. We are evacuees from Louisiana for Hurricane Ida and it made our stress as manageable as possible!!!! Would def recommend!!!!
