The Berry Tavern

Have gone here a few times and always had a good experience! I loved sitting outside during the nicer weather as it can be a little loud when they have live bands playing. Enjoyed their wide selection of food options. Especially, being gluten free this place is very accommodating and has options for gluten pasta and pizza which is a special treat looking at restaurants! There portions are a great size so you can get another meal out of their pasta dishes depending on how hungry you are ;) Would highly recommend!

It's was very rustic and cute. Amazing food and service was great!! Would go there again in a heart beat, and definitely try the pumpkin ravioli. They are amazing in the sage butter sauce!!

With a party of 15, this restaurant was so accommodating. The only issue is the hostess kept playing with the lights. The lights kept flickering...enough to be annoying. However, the pizzas ordered make up for any indiscretions. The group decided to split the bill ( annoying so appreciate the server(s). Oh so first my group started with the tavern wings. The wings were paired with caramelized onions (13.99). They were so juicy on the inside and crisp on the outside. The best part is that the wings are roasted. A grilled half slice of Tuscany like bread is served. My group then ordered 3 of Berry's Tavern unique pizza options. These are brick oven pizzas. We had Vanessa's Pesto, the Lil Joey , Margherita. So the Lil Joey Breaded is chicken cutlet, lite sauce, garlic, Pecorino Romano cheese, and mozzarella cheese. The Vanessa came with grilled chicken, homemade pesto sauce, caramelized onions, Pecorino Romano cheese and mozzarella cheese. The Margherita was traditional. The crusts were crisp, a lot of flop, beautifully cheesy. A pluses. Oh the pizzas come in regular or large. A regular would easily feed 2. The three large feed all 8 of us eating pizza with us having 3-4 pieces per eater. Our bill with drinks came to 112. We left 40 as a tip...the server was so patient and understanding. I brought home a piece of Tiramisu. It was proper lady fingers, mascapone, cocoa powder...it was A- . It was 13.95.

Burgers were great. So was the house salad. Fries were soggy. Patio dining was relaxing and quiet aside from some loud bikers cruising by. Live music was okay if you like CW. Apparently those inside did.

Out running errands, we needed a bit to eat to keep the energy going. We stopped at this tavern as it was less than a block from the butchery we needed to run to. Sat at the bar, Emma, the bartender, was great and swift with getting us water and a drink order going. Hubs had the Sam Summer; the lemon wedge was a nice twist, he said. I got the berry Cosmo, which is strong but really tasty. It came with a lil carafe to top off my drink when ready.

For an app, we shared the Philly steak and cheese egg rolls. hubby said it took him back to childhood. They were very tasty, not greasy. I did need to add a hit of salt, though. Otherwise, def a repeat order next time. Since it was lunchtime, we decided to split a pasta dish. We opted for the scallop and shrimp dish; I can't remember the sauce name, and it's not on the online menu lol... But it was a light wine and garlic sauce that perfectly coated the pasta. The seafood was cooked to perfection and the asparagus in the dish was my favorite of the whole dish, blanched to perfection! We loved the vibe here.

We will be back!

Such great home made pastas. Their Tavern salad is a must try. The new reno is very nice!

This was my first time at the Berry Tavern. We’ve been hearing all about it for a while now and decided to give it a try. Nicole is cute as a button and the sweetest person. We loved talking to her! The food was fantastic as well. We will absolutely be back!!

The Berry Tavern has a really nice atmosphere! I'm a Salem/Peabody local that had never tried this place and found it looking for truffle fries (haha). My boyfriend and I went for an early Valentine's Day dinner and it was awesome. The staff was very friendly (Lauren) and helpful with recommendations for beverages. The food was simply delicious. I ordered the lobster ravioli and my bf had the steak tips and both were impressive on taste. I will say be prepared for the tiramisu if you order it because it's massive! Definitely recommend giving this Tavern a shot. We will be back :)

Its a beautiful atmosphere with the Best ravioli! They have cannoli, cappuccino, great food. Lovely friendly staff. Wifi and keys. Grazie!!!

Friendly service and great food! Large portions for a solid price. They have a nice draft selection and drink list that will make anyone happy. Not too shabby on the whiskey list too! Start with a brick oven pie then order an entree. Definitely worth checking out for delivery or dine-in. We plan to become regulars!

Fantastic restaurant. Food was quality and cooked perfectly. Portions were very generous and everyone enjoyed their dinner. The bar area tends to be a little louder and will sit at the dining room area next time. Will definitely go back!

Berry Tavern is mine and my husband's favorite restaurant in Danvers, we always call it our "Townie Place". I've never had a bad meal here, the Carbonara is my particular favorite. We especially love sitting out on their patio when the weather gets warmer. Berry Tavern is the perfect spot for lunch or dinner and we take people here all the time when we want to impress them with a good meal!

First time diners . Absolutely delicious food. Friendly and professional staff. Kelly our server was fantastic, she made it a great experience.

Good go to spot for great food and drinks. Service is fast and pleasant, cocktails are delicious, and the food is consistently very good. Tons of space inside, I particularly like the bar area even though it can get a bit loud it’s a fun atmosphere. Prices are medium to high, but there’s a big menu so you can manage your price pretty easily! For some menu options: pumpkin ravioli is SO good, all the pasta is great, Truffle fries are just ok

Went here after a concert for drinks - ended up getting honey chicken wings & fries - service was excellent & entire staff was excellent - we'll be heading back

From out of town and got some food to go to eat after a long day of driving! DELICIOUS food! So happy we tried out this place!
