Shayna Munkres Is one of the first people you may get when you call in, and she is one of the most helpful and pleasant people I have had the pleasure to talk to in this industry. She understood exactly what problems I was having and knew exactly how to fix them. She was also quick and trustworthy to call me back. Rare to find a great coverage insurance with small town customer service. I wouldn’t leave even if I could find lower rates, which I haven’t.
