In late February 2020 a wind storm took off mass amounts of shingles from my roof. After a few calls back and forth with my insurance agent it was time to find a contractor. I choose Eagle Cap Construction because a neighbor of mine used them and highly recommend them. They where great! I have never dealt with an insurance claim on a home before and didn't realize all the hoops that needed to be jump through. With the help of Matt, the owner of eagle cap construction and a few pieces of paper emailed back and forth we where ready to roll! His crew showed up early, worked hard and stayed late. The entire job was completed in only a couple of days. The crew was professional and courteous and even had to deal with being bombarded with questions from my 8 year old son lol. All in all I would highly recommend Eagle Cap Construction for any of your roofing needs and will use them again if I need something done in the future. Thanks for the hard work and great looking roof!

Selling my house and buyers recruited Eagle Cap for a roof inspection and found that the roof needed replaced. Eagle Cap gave us a bid and I obtained a bid from another company but they were outrageous. Eagle Cap was very reasonable on pricing and Matt got the job scheduled quickly & got the job done in 2 days! Amazing service & they cleaned up everything. I highly recommend EAGLE CAP, you won't be disappointed.

I try to get back to people within 1 to 3 days for a call but like to explain that we're very busy with devistatin from hail storm in wallowa,every day trying to get people water tight before winter and very short handed this year. ..but I personally will try to call you are have my secretary are lead forman call and get you on are schedule. I'm very sorry are service is this way this yr .I'm also dealing with health issue and some times have to be out of town for a day to Boise or Portland to take care of it. My goal here is to always put are customer and return customers first.but when it's all sead and done at the end of the day I sometimes am unable to meet that expectation and start fresh next day .I'm 60 now and have had to slow down and we are. Under new management and I'm under stafed . I don't make a lot of the final decision these days .but do take responsibility.

Had our roofs done four years ago and already there are nails exposed and ridge caps falling off the roof. Had to pay another roofer to do the job since it took a week for the owner to call me back.

These positive reviews must be friends and family. This guy is a joke. Doesn't return calls, doesn't show up on time. He cares about him. Not you or your project. Find a different company. You will be sorry if you use him.

Called for a roofer. Said he’d call me back in a day or two. He didn’t. I called back a week later and asked again. He said I was on the schedule and would have the roofer check with me. Never heard from again. Terrible.
