Every time I am here, I am well taken care of by the friendly and knowledgeable staff! I recently learned there is a self checkout machine for packages and a very nice staff member showed me exactly how to use it. I still love using the real person check out line because these people are so awesome!

They're fast and efficient. Even when lines are long, I never wind up waiting more than 10 minutes, unless I'm the one who made a mistake with the form. And even then, they're so patient and helpful in getting me the right one. AND they're always accurate about when packages I send will arrive at their destination.

They are a million times better than UPS and FedEx.

Took the time to help me mail a package. Very patient with me as I do not mail many packages. Thank you!

Every time I go into this post office no matter how busy they are the majority of the employees are always so friendly, especially one lady in particular named Linda. I am writing this review mostly because of this lady's customer service. She's proficient, friendly, and knows what she's doing. The last time I went to the post office she had an encounter with a very rude woman. Linda handled the situation very professionally and by the time the woman left she was smiling. I myself work in retail and know how difficult some customers can be. Linda could not have handled the situation any better than she did.

I adore this post office. They give out candy in a bowl. Shows how special the staff are here. The staff are cheerful and the line goes fast. I don’t live near this post office but go there because they are so great. The one on Dickson street I wouldn’t step a foot inside unless I had a package to pickup.

I have never had a bad experience here. I love Linda and another lady here just cannot think of her name. She has short blonde hair, super sweet, very personable. I like Tazz as well. Great staff! Keep up the great work guys!

After being done dirty by ebay, I called and spoke with Nathan, who referred me to Susan for help with a package sent to the wrong addy. The usps website wouldn't allow an intercept, so these guys were my only hope. Susan is doing all in her power to help me relieve the package despite the error made by eBay. I am so thankful to her and Nathan from the other Fay branch for all their help and kindness. Even as we worry with a pandemic they are working as heros with good attitude. Thanks guys!

What does the woman's sexual orientation have to do with anything? She's friendly and helpful as is everyone at this branch. You sound like a jackass.

We at Liberty Tax Service use this post office often and the workers have always been friendly, helpful and get a kick out of our Miss Liberty crowns! They seem to enjoy their jobs and we appreciate them!

Can’t say enough about the people who work here. I have mainly dealt with Linda and she is so nice and helps me with everything I need. There are closer post offices to my house but I always come here because they have so much better customer service!

The personnel at this specific post office go our of their way to treat each individual with courtesy, respect and give a lift to my day each time I go there which is quite often!!! Kudos to them for trying to make the world a better place even though they have to deal with some very difficult people?

The ladies at the Fayetteville Post Office on Joyce Blvd are awesome! All of them has wonderful customer service but Linda and Gretchen go above and beyond to make sure I get everything I need!

Contrary to the idiot reviewing that this post office sucks because they, "lost two of his packages," (yeah, because everyone knows the guy at the counter you hand your package to transports it the whole way there personally) this is a very nice, clean office, and they are very friendly and happy to help you.

There is an excellent example of professionalism at this office , in a clerk named Tazz. He was friendly and courteous and knew his job well.

So far only good experiences here. The staff is friendly and helpful in trying to find the cheapest solution for you. Never have to wait too long.
