Due to current road construction... it is difficult to maneuver into and out of the parking area... but the tech service was awesome.. store manager lacks people skills but technician more than made up for it.

So far I love it ! My inter et has never gone down, so glad I switched from xfinity!

Great little phone store they didn't have any phones I wanted, in stock but they picked one up across town for and mailed me the other one in couple days due to Sunday being part of my two day window great informative staff

T Mobile was great!!! I needed a new number and Sims card and after 3 tries I finally got connected. My TransUnion file was frozen and they do a soft pull on your credit. I had to go home and get the file unfrozen. I got the 55+ plan and I'm auto paying so $5 will come off a month to $50. I'm satisfied!!!

I walked in, and was set up for service in moments. Came back about 30 minutes later, and changed mobile service too. The staff was AMAZING!!!

I went into the T-Mobile store yesterday in crisis mode. I needed a phone and I needed a phone fast! That's when I met Sandy. As I mentioned before, I was in crisis mode. I pretty much told this girl my life story and she was so efficient, so professional and since I was having a breakdown, sooo nonjudgmental!!! She got me a new phone at a great price and it was exactly what I needed. I was looking at another model that probably wouldn't have suited my needs, and Sandy told me "Don't even look at that phone!" This girl new her stuff.
I have been with T-Mobile for about 8 years and already had a couple of devices, but even with the addition of my new device Sandy managed to take about $30 off of my monthly bill with my military discount. Words cannot describe how phenomenal the service was yesterday and I couldn't possibly dream of having a better experience. Thanks again to my new friend, Sandy, and all the folks at T-Mobile. Have a great weekend, I know that I will!

The T-Mobile in Jacksonville, Arkansas is amazing. They are awesome and give the best customer service. I went to the McCain mall location 1 time and they were horrible. I will not go anywhere but to the Jacksonville location anymore.

Went in for a screen replacement and Kristen the manager was amazing. Sprint customer, so this was my first time in T-Mobile since the merger and a great experience!

Love this new location in Jacksonville. Much more convinent than driving to Little Rock. Staff was quick and knowledgeable about the plans. I setup and transfered two lines in less than 15min.

Great service at this location. Store reps were very knowledgeable of products and policies, which isn’t to be taken for granted. I’d definitely use this spot as my “go to” location.
