If you want an Honest Dealer that cares about integrity then look no further. I asked the owner Dean to find me a Hyundai Veracruz, because that was the vehicle that gave me the best value. I had an issue with a recall that Hyundai refused to help me out with because they supposedly already done it. Dean went above and beyond to help me out. He also gave me the best deal on the vehicle, and his service was zero pressure on selling me a vehicle. I would definitely say this is a go to place to get a quality vehicle. This was the second car that my family has purchased from him. The first one was a 2012 Honda Crv. If Dean doesn't have a car that you want on his lot, he has many connections to get you that vehicle; which was the case with my 2011 Hyundai Veracruz Limited. The car was in excellent condition other than the manufacturer giving me an issue with a recall.

I bought a Jetta last year for my son who lives in the area. Dean was phenomenal. He was honest, upfront and helped us with every aspect of the sale. Even afterwards when we had problems getting the car registered due to Covid, Dean was there for us the whole time and went above expectations to help us get things resolved. I went there just to look at an SUV and got to talking to Dean. He is a straight shooter. The price is what you pay. Completely transparent about financing. He shows you banks, he just does the paperwork. Completely took care of the tires and breaks and I didn't have to ask. Just a class act and an excellent businessman.

Friendly and honest guys selling quality vehicles they are willing to stand behind. Had a minor (unforeseeable) issue the day after purchase, and they had it corrected the following day. One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had.

Really pleasant to work with and gave me a very fair offer. The big dealers are not worth going to (Woburn Toyota was especially hostile, it was really bizarre, don't waste your time there), but these guys are awesome. It was a very professional and comfortable experience.

Contacted multiple times but Dean never reached out to schedule a time to see a specific car and when I did hear from him, was rude and off putting. Not sure why he didn’t want to sell to me, went to another dealer and bought a car. Not great service.
