I wasn't sure where to find the right cord block for my new phone. Cori sent me to the right place and told me exactly which one I needed. Then, when I was checking out, Judith was a big help in getting my account properly set up on my phone. She even did most of it for me since I'm not really high tech. Then she mentioned some sales, one of which was ink. I went back today, and she helped me get the proper ink. Cori then helped me get points on my account for the ink. These two were very courteous, professional, and helpful. Thank You, Cori and Judith!

I didn’t get her name but the employee working in the Amazon returns/print section went so far above and beyond to help me with my Amazon returns! It’s nice to know I can count on this store to be helpful and welcoming.

I have used this store several times in the three and a half years I've lived up here and they've always been great. Today was a great example where I had a laptop that I bought a week ago have issues and they were able to help me not only find a replacement but we're able to price match versus Best Buy. Julio and Jared were very helpful and knowledgeable and did a great job getting me in and out of there in about 10 minutes. I strongly suggest them for your computer as well as ink and office needs.

McMinnville Staples has one of the best print departments I've ever worked with. They go above and beyond and move incredibly quickly. They are always so busy and they're still so kind and helpful. My documents always come out beautiful. I'm so grateful to them!

Meadow was on their A game when I went in for printing today!! They did a fantastic job multitasking and serving multiple customers at a time with incredible efficiency. It was so easy and Meadow’s help made the whole process a breeze.

One of the better retail stores I've worked at. Just about anything office related can be acquired there, or ordered/transferred in. No manner of computer repair issue that can't be solved. Customer service as knowledgeable and helpful as one could need. (If they are busy with other customers, Gods forbid you ask for assistance, raise your hand, or make some other noticeable gesture, and another will be summoned for the help you need.)

Staples gets kudos for being handicap friendly.
I went in to buy some ink for my printer all I had with me was the ink cartridge. When I first walked through the electric doors i had a sale person telling me hi and asking me if he could help me. I said yes and held up my ink cartridge which he took from me and said follow me I'll point you in the right direction. There were so many cartridges to choose from. He selected a box from over a hundred boxes to choose from. Telling me this was the one I needed. I said thank you and he just smiled and said no problem. He also told me they recycle the old empty cartridges and showed me where to put them. He was also my cashier and told me about there rewards program. So, he helped me sign up for the program which gives me cedit for each empty ink cartridge I bring into the store. I left the store feeling happy. If you are looking for office supplies or office furniture or to copy or fax something and great customer service, then Staples is the place to go they will treat you right!

We took our Square POS system in because it died. They did not sell the parts we needed, but Thor their tech at the Mac store was so helpful. He solved the problem, went online and showed us what we needed. Didn't charge us a dime. Kudos to the entire staff! You have a new customer for life!

I came here yesterday after going to copy cats when copy cats messed up a copy I needed of my drawing. The guy immediately got to work on making it look beautiful and the right way so it looked exactly like the drawing so I can gift it to a friends 5 year old child. He even let me see on a screen what itd look like before printing by letting me get a close up. I loooved that.
Well it took an hour because the poor guy was alone doing about 4 other jobs and lots of customers. Finally 2 staff members helped and he was able to help me personally get it copied and laminated lol. The whole staff was very sweet. I always liked them here. Well I got amazing results and this is how it turned out. Thank u guys.

I purchase office supplies for my work and we often use Staples and have been pleased with their customer service. Our store closed temporarily because of COVID-19, during that time we had $40 of Staples rewards coupons expire on 4-30. Without being asked or anything I found in our online account that the Rewards had been reissued with a 6-30 expiration date. Thank you Staples

I'm in Staples once or twice a week. Always have great customer service. Well organized. The gals behind the print station are always helpful in getting you what you need.

I love the McMinnville staff. All of the Copy Center staff is amazing and helps me create multiple projects and different promotional items on a weekly basis. I have been going in there for 2 years and will remain do the same. If you want an amazing, knowledgeable and helpful copy experience....this is your best bet!
