Gandalfs has come a long way! When I first went to this shop it had hardly any vape related products, now they have a decent amount of vape stuff but what impressed me the most was the selection of rebuildables! They had newer RDA, RTAs, Cotton and coils! Most places that have rebuildables sell dated stuff but this places rebuildable section was on point! I also shared with them my cotton as I am a distributor for cottonaddict premium vape cotton & to my surprise they were extremely interested in putting my product on the shelf which definitely has a lasting impression on me! Staff was kind, considerate, knowledgeable but also willing to listen and learn as well! Overall I left gandalfs with a smile on my face and was happy to see how far they'd come.. Happy vaping!

Turn up the hype here y'all. This place earns it. Customer service is so extraordinary I forget names, but "blue hair guy" you excel at your job, I felt like a VIP. The female was highly knowledged on the products as well as supremely stunning. Variety here is at the apex. Very highly recommended for what you need. Absolutely check here first.

I went in with fairly low expectations because all the other vape supply shops in town have little to no knowledge about the products. I was promptly and warmly greeted by Samson and was impressed with his knowledge of the products sold. He was able to direct me to a few juices that I'm trying out (I can no longer find the brand I used to buy) and I'm really happy so far! They had everything I needed including the pods at good prices plus a punch card which I'm always down for. There was a big selection of kratom which I will be looking in soon as well. Thank you so much Samson for all the help you provided me, I will absolutely be returning again!!

Staff is always awesome and always very helpful. Jessica went above and beyond for me today and saved my butt. I will always go here for vapes and juice just on the staff alone. They have great variety and lots on knowledge on what they sell. Thanks Gandalf’s staff for being amazing🥰

Friendly people, clean place. I had a good experience and they had the coil I needed, TFV16 single mesh. They didn't have the brand of juice I wanted and the one recommended I was told was strong menthol and it fell a little short but if the people haven't tried them I don't expect them to know exactly.

Always a great time stopping in here for my needs. The staff is always on point and knowledgeable with all the products that are sold, they have great advice and are always providing quality and fast customer service. I definitely also love the fact that they have a punch card system for vape juice. If you don’t already get your vape juice from here, you’re missing out because you get a free bottle of any size after getting 5 punches on your card and they even have double stamp Wednesday’s! I will forever go to Gandalf’s especially with the current staff and how great they are!
