This is a great place for renting. Back in 2019 they were able to get my mother a spare bed for when family came into town and couldn't afford to get a hotel. The store has a great staff and the products were exactly what we were able to rent. Sorry for the delay in reviews. Keep up the good work. (The Brooks Family)

I’ve been using this company off and all throughout my life and I must say, this is the best customer service I’ve encountered with Aaron’s at the McMinnville location. Their manager & the staff are always so helpful and are always willing to help me. Their very polite and respectful and I feel if they get a bad review it’s only because it’s an angry customer that has issues paying or was denied. This is a great store, keep up the hard work. 👍

Love not just the convenience of getting what I want "right now", but the respect and kindness that are given repeatedly by both management and staff are SO appreciated! I heard a customer loudly complaining over the phone while I stood across the counter about phone calls made to their family regarding their need to contact the store...Truly...we ALL KNOW WHEN our account is due! If we are smart enough to "rent it" than we know the drill. If you don't want those phone calls...call them first to tell them you'll be late, when you'll be making that payment...DONT MAKE THEM CHASE YOU THEN COMPLAIN that they have to do their job!!! At least they try to work with you to keep your things! Be grateful! McMinville's Aaron's is pretty awesome in their Customer Service...Thank you!

This is the best Aaron's in the entire metro area. Vanessa does a great job, is always helpful, and makes sure you as a customer are taken care of. Whether with her or any one of her staff.
