Ponte Vecchio Restaurant

The most amazing meal and dining experience I’ve ever had! The Chef came out and we put away our menus and he brought out a symphony of a culinary experience! From the mozzarella salad to the fresh gutted white fish and lemon sauce with capers topped with homemade cannolis and cappuccinos.

The hostess was able to accommodate me and my wife without reservations. Our server was good but definetly very busy, food was delicious. Thank you again

Excellent Easter lunch. Every plate was terrific.

Food was very good. We shared the Caprese Salad and the Pasta Puttenesca. The Italian bread was to die for.

Tonight myself, my boyfriend and my son stopped in here for dinner. Mind you I’ve been here before but this particular visit left me with the need to leave a review. The food (as always) was great but more importantly the service was even better. Our server (Sal) was incredibly kind & welcoming to everyone in our party. Quite frankly I think he was the best server I’ve had at any dining experience on the North Shore. Restaurants with good food are easy to come across but restaurants with excellent and personable service are rare & irreplaceable. Thank you Sal for making our little family feel so welcome this evening

I have been there at least 100 times over the past ten years. The food was outstanding at each visit. The owner Luigi and his staff work extremely hard to please. The quality, texture and taste is second to know. In this age of corporate owned restaurants it's nice to patronize a locally owned and managed restaurant, that produces good food and personalized service.

Just plain great Italian. Hadn't been in a while and had the best pizza drinks and a great bartender. Looking forward to going back soon

The food was delicious, the meatballs were phenomenal and the cherry cake was to die for! The staff and owner are friendly and personable. 10/10!

Absolutely amazing! Authentic and affordable!

Definitely will be back to this authentic gem. The bartender told me the family comes from a town near Naples, Italy. The pizza was incredible! Their ceasar salad was so fresh with made in house croutons and a scratch Caesar dressing that was so delicious.

My family and I visited Ponte Vecchio for the first time for our Dad's birthday. I cannot say enough about the friendly, attentive wait staff, some of whom spoke Italian, so it made us feel right at home! The diversity of our dishes allowed us to try a little bit of everything from chicken, to fish, to pasta, and pizza. Everything was delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant for its ambience, food, waitstaff, location and parking ease. What a great place to eat!

Went here for a birthday party. They served a five course Italian meal in their event room. It was absolutely wonderful. The food was amazing and the service top notch. Can't speak to eating out here, but for events they're very good.

We had dinner there tonight. The four of us each had a different entree. Superb! My eggplant Parm was the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve had many over the years. Beautiful sauce, unbreaded eggplant, basil and mild cheese. Lovely!

When i think of the Ponte Vecchio, the word "Genuine" comes to mind. The service, atmosphere and food here are what you would expect at a premium restaurant.  One of the tell tale signs of a great formula is familiar staff faces. I have been dining at Ponte Vecchio for about 25 years and the amount of turnover in this establishment is hardly noticeable.  Luigi, the owner, has operated this place with a level of expertise and consistency that is rarely observed in this business, and it's success is evident. He takes an active role nearly every night they are open.  Don't be surprised to see him visit your table or a neighboring table to debone and plate a fish right in front of you.

As for the food, i've never been disappointed.  They make some of the pasta in house, procure some of the finest cuts of meat, and always cook it to perfection.  Although i am not a wine aficionado, i have heard that the selection is excellent. Sadly, no draft beer (but not surprising for an Italian restaurant).

This is authentic Italian cuisine and represents a great value for a special occasion. If you haven't visited before, you really deserve to try it and treat yourself.

THE BEST FOOD BY FAR. The appetizers and entrees were perfectly prepared and the desserts decadent. I was never a fan of tiramisu, all I can say is mouthwateringly delicious. I will certainly not be going anywhere else to satisfy my tastebuds. Thumbs up for great food and service.

I live close by and eat here often. I have been cooking professionally for 20 years and love eating and love great food. The food at Ponte Vecchio is the best you will find within 15 miles of the restaurant. Consistently delicious. Would stand up against any Italian food I've eaten in Boston, New York, or Europe.

It is very neighborhoody and the decor is a little suburban/unsophisticated but I can live with that. The food is always outstanding.

Delicious find right off the 95. We shared the Ravioli special and Arugula salad - molto delizioso! Save room for the cannoli and cappuccino!

Kevin was a great bartender amazing service good espresso martinis and lobster special…stopped in here by chance and more than thrilled with my night there
