I was traveling through Kingman and had a blinker light go out. I was shown what I needed and only sold one bulb. Great personal value. I will search out other NAPA stories in the future!

I was thousand of miles from home and had a coolant fitting failing that the Ford dealership wouldn't help with because they didn't have the exact and expensive ($120) Ford part. The man who helped me at this NAPA walked outside, looked at the fitting, and said that just needs a t-fitting and three hose clamps, which he picked out and sold me for $14. When he described how to carefully remove the fitting from the Ford part, I reminded him that I was 1000s of miles from my usual tools and asked if he knew someone that could help me. He made an call and sent me a few miles down the road where my problem was fixed within 45 minutes. I wish I could give these guys 10 stars.

Every employee was very helpful. Went in for shocks/struts and the associate made sure to mark the position for installation. They make keys for a reasonable price (cheaper than Walmart), but they don't have all key blanks available. Clean and easy to navigate throughout the store.

Martin exceeded my expectations when he replaced a vacuum hose for me!

Was greeted when I first walked in by the cashier. Four guys working the counter. Didn't have to wait long before it was my turn. Guy was friendly. Said he could get the parts by tomorrow that they didn't have in stock. Will go back as needed.

This is the place I go when ever I need something for my truck. Great service, very knowledgeable and they always have what I need. When ever NAPA needs plumbing parts or service, they can give Drain Solutions and Plumbing service a call

These guys truly know what a small community is all about! They don't treat you different if you own a business or if you are just a customer. Very knowledgeable staff that has been there for years! It really speaks for a company when you have a very low turnover rate!

My family were having some fuel pump issues with our truck, everyone I talked to was more than accommodating, polite and helpful.

Some of their auto parts are priced higher than other auto parts stores. You can not beat the customer service here though. Every person that works here are very friendly and helpful. They are extremely knowledgeable and if they don't know they are very quick to tell you lets find out together. Some of the other auto parts houses will just tell you they don't know or they can't get a part because its not in their system. I prefer to shop with the guys and gals here. Thank you NAPA of kingman for being there when I need you.

My new go to parts store, I ended up coming here in a rumor that it's cheaper than O'Reillys and Autozone. Well turned out to be true, so came here good people friendly, and better quality parts.

I want to thank Napa Kingman for getting me going again.
I had broken down miles from any where, emergency repair and limped the RV to their store. First they had the parts I needed, next they helped me to figure out the part that was missing, then they modified the part to fit.
Great customer service, their time and effort saved me on a holiday weekend when repair shops were closed. Thanks again.
