Long review, but I need to say how amazing Shilo is. My son is a student at Linfield University. His car broke down and a friend recommended Accu-Tech. Shilo is busy (because people trust him), but within a day he fit us in and found the engine had seized. He honestly could've taken us for some unnecessary repairs, whether on purpose or because he didn't know what was going on. But he knew that the car had engine issues and had an extended warranty. He gave us all the info we needed about the warranty and helped us get the car towed to the dealership in Salem for the work.
The dealership took a week to look at the car and then told us it needed $1100+ in repairs not due to the engine (alternator, battery, etc). With Shilo's diagnosis I had them take "another look" and they decided he was correct. They are now in the process of replacing the engine under warranty (BTW, Shilo looked up the repairs they recommended and it would've been about half what they quoted). If we didn't see Shilo we would've spent unnecessary time and money. Bring your car to Accu-tech!

Been to this shop 3 or 4 times. They won't try to sell you repairs you don't need. I have had a lot of work done here. As busy as they are they are very accommodating. Car problems are stressful, my car stress ends when I call Accu-Tech and they say they can get me in. Their rates are very reasonable, always the best quote. Thank you !!!

All around a great shop with an awesome owner/manager. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and communicates with the customers more than I've seen with any other shop. Shilo is an honest guy! His team will take great care of your needs! 10 out of 5 stars! Definitely the only shop I'll be taking my rigs too! The pricing is fair and the work is unmatched. HUGE thanks to shilo and his team!

I have been using Shilo for 15 years. He is hands down not only the most honest mechanic I have met, but by far the best. Always great work, the only shop I trust for myself and anyone I know. I highly recommend this shop! I cant say that enough. In 15 years not once has he failed me. Great work!

Always a very high quality of work from Accutech. But, this is a very busy shop and it helps to plan accordingly. I appreciate that they are thorough and that they don't try to sell you services that aren't needed. In particular, Matt is probably the best service writer that I've ever dealt with. Very knowledgeable, straight shooter and good communicator. As long as I drive vehicles I will always go the fifty plus miles out of my way to have Accutech do the job.

I've been taking my vehicle to Accu Tech for a couple years now and will continue to do so! Accu Tech offers great customer service, knowledgeable technicians, and a convenient location. Scheduling couldn't be easier and they always do whatever they can to fit you in. My vehicle is always in great condition due to the regular maintenance being handled by Shilo and his team. There is a tv in the waiting room if that's your thing, or you can walk to one of the nearby shops as you wait for your vehicle to finish.

If you are looking for a trustworthy place to take your vehicle then look no further! There is never any pressure and you can tell they have your best interests in mind

I have been using Accutech for the past couple years. When I call, Shilo knows my voice! We have built such an amazing friendship with this family owned local business!

Shilo doesn't push me to make purchases, I brought in my car two weeks ago for an oil change. He noticed my car delays start and tested it. He let me know that I'll need to get a new battery soon but didn't push me to get one that day. Now I know I need to save up for a new battery for my next oil change. Just having that freedom to make the decision for myself when I can replace things in my car, but having the knowledge to budget and save instead of making an instant pressured choice is stress free! And that's why I come back!

Just had clutch work done on my G35 and am completely satisfied shifting smoother than I remember Shiloh does awesome work and done right on time and the total was actually less than the quote way to go accu tech and thanks again

I don't take my car anywhere else. Shilo is a hard working, honest christian man. He makes his momma proud. If you give him a try you will be very pleased.
