U-Haul of Lawrence

This visit was amazing. The staff could not have been more professional. We were leaving for Ohio. They got us a trailer and we were off in less than an hour. The best U-haul facility in the area.

As soon as I walked in I was welcomed; they were crazy busy, but it felt good to be acknowledged. Super glad I had made an online reservation, as they were completely booked for the weekend.
Anderson helped me check in & was very kind, helpful and personal. I rented a tow behind trailer & Jeff was quick to help connect, check safety /lights and send me on my way with a smile, kind words & a wave! Very confident giving 5 stars, they absolutely exceeded my expectations.

Moyce was the nicest person to deal with..and the other young man that was working with him on 10/17/21..equally as helpful and both very professional. Thanks guys! I hope these two are paid well because they are what good customer service is all about

I needed a trailer to tow my motorcycle. I made a reservation online and came to pick it up and was addressed immediately as soon I walked in.

Owner/Manager Anderson was more than Helpful!! I originally was slated to pick up truck at Lawrence location then needed to go to Nashua to grab a motorcycle trailer. However, Anderson worked his magic and managed to get an available Trailer at his location. After hooking everything up ,safety check, he also tossed in 4 straps to secure bike down. Also crunched the numbers to adjust the invoice. 😁 successful journey.

I found the staff exceptionally and surprisingly polite and professional. It's a busy location, so be prepared to wait a bit, especially on the weekend. If anyone at U-Haul corporate's reading this, how about increasing their staffing budget to hire additional workers and give the fellas a raise.

Great staff, easy process. Parking is tough, but the staff is great.

Jeff and Moyce are super helpful. I can't remember when I've experienced better customer service. The only downside of this location is the size of the lot. There needs to be more room to park and move vehicles. I would definitely recommend this location as long as Jeff is the manager 👍

Jeff is amazing! Never seen anyone who cares about his customers as much as he does. Even when he doesn't have what I need he will make every effort to find it and make sure I leave with what I need. Thanks Jeff!

Great place!! Store manager jeff and his assistant manager moses are awesome and helped me 100% made sure I was ready for the move with equipment they have. Awesome!!!

Great selection of boxes for moving and lots of them. Who knew.. Get a move on and give them your business. You'll be glad you did. Great service too.

It is a good crowded place on times the customer service representative there are good even the GM is old man that make you feel like home
