Excellent life saving experience here. I found out I had an ectopic pregnancy and needed emergency surgery since it had ruptured. They saved me life ad everything went as smoothe as possible. Thanks to them I get to have many more days with my young son and wonderful husband. Thank you all so much for taking wonderful care of me.

Was seen on Saturday for a knee injury. Hands down best experience I could have asked for. Everyone was pleasant and didn't make me feel like I was an imposition. Service was prompt and thorough. All of my questions were answered and although the entire experience was less than an hour, I did not feel rushed through.

Went to the ER yesterday for a twisted knee while skiing. Saw a pleasant RN in 10 minutes, xrays within 15 minutes MD within 30 minutes and discharged in less than 1 hr!!!!! Amazing fast service! Everyone was extremely kind and the ER and wating area was extremely clean! Thank you so much!!!

Truthfully pretty dang good experience. P.A. Wade and the wonderful nurse taking care of me stopped a severe allergic reaction to peanuts. I gave the nurse 9.5 out of 10 stars on her iv job. Not sure what would have made it a 10 but they were amazing and educated me on how serious my allergy was even though I have only had 3 reactions in my 31 years on this earth. I thought I was managing it well, but some peanut butter in enchilada sauce at a Mexican restaurant in Stanfield had different plans. They got me set up with prescriptions to fill after the fact to have a back up to a epi pen and benadryl. Thanks guys.

From safely delivering our babies to caring for us in the ER to most recently performing a highly successful surgery, GRH has always been the hospital we prefer to turn to. We appreciate the whole host of excellent specialists, caring nurses, and overall experience. It's also exciting about the significant investment GRH is making with the new surgery center!

Very helpful, attentive, caring staff

My father who is 91 has been in the emergency room 5 times in two months, they said they did imaging prior but nobody said anything to me even though I'm the point of contact because my mom is in post acute and she has dementia. I got a call a couple days ago from the doctor saying his lungs are in bad shape and he probably won't make it long. I have been trying to talk to someone for days. I finally talked to a nurse who acted very rude saying they have got someone who will take care of deciding were he will go. I'm the one who lined everything up and got my parents were they are. I also pay for were my dad is but she decided I didn't need to know anything and is acting like he's just fine. I'm out of town so I need to know what the plan is BEFORE ITS DECIDED.

They will schedule you for very important appointments knowing that your provider is out of office and then reschedule a few days prior. They don’t actually care about patients health. I was told I need to reschedule because my doctor is on vacation and that her schedule changes daily, and given many excuses. Leaving a review at this point because this has happened multiple times.

Several awful experiences all around. They keep deleting their Google Maps pin to reset their ratings... it's unfortunate they aren't fixing the things that actually need it.

The ER absolutely SUCKS. They’re so incompetent & almost killed me! DO NOT GO HERE FOR EMERGENCIES!!!
