Salem Lowe

I was so Happy to find that we could still get our very Favorite Chop Suey Sandwich at Salem Lowe at Salem Willows. I bought two, one for my husband and one for myself. They were Awesome as usual. Yes, the price has gone up from about two dollars to Five but what on this Planet hasn't gone up and I could tell right away that it had more chicken in it then before which is Great.
Also the woman that wanted on me was very Sweet and Nice to order from. I'm beyond Happy that This Important part of Salem Willows remains after the people that use to make it Retired. It seriously is one of our Favorite reasons for going to Salem Willows. Thank You Salem Lowe for keeping it going. You are Appreciated. 😁

What a great recommendation from Google. Amazing to think that something like a simple chop suey sandwich could make one long for another after 3 long years. Cannot wait to bring the kids back to Salem Willows and load up again.

I Love Salem Lowe! Best chicken chop suey and onion steak. The willows is always beautiful. It's my first choice for mother's day and my birthday when my son takes me out

The beef, pepper, onion sandwich was excellent. I think it was much better than the old owners. The price was cheap too. I have to admit that it's the only thing I've ever had there in 45 years.

Well it’s take out right but atmosphere is the beautiful Willows! Food was excellent! The pork lo mein was incredible along with the vegetable wraps Peking Ravioli amazing!! Can’t wait to try everything else!

Wow! The chop suey sandwich was very good. Made much better now. Thicker, and with a bigger bun. Not too salty, just right. Eat it on a bench facing the water. Summertime at its finest!

Tender steak is so great!they are closing this month, I recommend going for some food. His food will be missed by tons of people

New ownership is fantastic. Great food. chop Suey sandwich is so bomb! make sure to get it with crispy wontons for a little crunch.

I honestly love this place so much, it makes me feel like the past isn't slipping away as fast as it is. I wish they still wrapped the sandwiches in paper they look a lot more appetizing that way rather than just slapping them in Styrofoam. Service is fast, and friendly, the price is right, and everyone is all smiles while they're waiting because this place is so quaint and charming, and the food is delicious. There used to be a kid that worked there every Summer for years and years but I haven't seen him in a while. I hope all is well with him because he was really great. You know it's a good day when you have a tendersteak in one hand a chop suey sandwich in the other, the sun is shining and a sea gull is screaming in your ear for some bread. 5 big gold stars for Salem Lowe.

I cannot say enough about this restaurant!! The quality and consistency of the most mouth watering Chinese food served in rapid speed! The egg rolls, chicken fingers, lo mien, tender steak, chop suey, lobster sauce are just amazing... very cool location right at the end of Salem Willows amusement park. Great day trip for some fun with the kids... public beach and pier are a few steps away! Family owned for many years and some of the greatest people I know! Almost forgot... their duck sauce and hot mustard are out of this world!! Make the time to stop by this gem on the North Shore!!

Located in the middle of Salem willows, right before the popcorn place. New owners, I believe. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Good is good.

Salem Lowes is so good!! I am so sad it’s their last summer. :( the onion steak is the best thing I’ve ever tasted.

They're know around the world for their chicken chop suey sandwiches. I myself love their tender steaks. So I order a meal with them on it. They're very nice people, and you can eat in or enjoy Salem Willows beautiful sights while eating near the water , on a bench, or a picnic table. A lot of people bring blankets to sit on the lawns also.

Best peppersteak in the world to me. I have been going to the willows with my grandmother since the 1970's. My grandmother has long since past and I bring my family now as often as possible. Old school amusements, great for the young and old.

Look forward to going there several times a year. Excellent chop suey sandwiches. Adults and children look forward to going there. Lots of fun memories over many, many years!!

Who doesn't go to the Willows and get Lowe's. So fresh. So good. Chop Suey and Pepper Steak Sandwiches. Yummy!

Like Hobbs, this is a staple at the Willows. Famous with the locals for it's chop suey sandwiches. The food here is always good and the prices are comparable with any other take out Chinese food restaurant. They only have 5 tables inside, but cmon, you are at the Willows, go sit in one of the gazebos at the picnic tables or go sit on the sea wall and enjoy the view. The service is always great and is still family owned. Add this to your list of things to try at the Willows.

This is the best place to have chinese the chop suey sandwiches are to die for. peppersteak so soft. Oct 14 is the last day until next spring. Dave and crew are very friendly. Always a 😃

The oldest and best Chinese food in Salem Ma,been at the Willows over 80 years, very nice owners. Go for the chop suey sandwich!
