A tad thickly settled at the outset you may feel like you're sneaking thru someone's backyard. Perfectly manicured yards quickly give way to some fairly gnarly steeps for Ipswich. Purported to be the highest undeveloped terrain in the 356, this former pasture has some serious trees. "Hilltop" lake alone is worth the trek. The thorns are starting to encroach on the path in some locations and I didn't see any turkeys, but still two thumbs up.

Beautiful hiking area. Some steep incline and gentle level areas. Mind the stones and roots. Lovely shaded trails.
