The sales rep was fantastic! I explained what I was looking for, and my budget. He never questioned either. He found my requirements, and only showed me those cars within my budget. A total no pressure sales approach.
After leaving there and spending the next 6 hours at dealership after dealership I came back here and bought my car. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

My experience has been great. Alexander, a newer salesperson, is excellent. Each communication with him - by email or phone - has been professional and yet feels personal. I appreciate how responsive he is.

This business also has a great team. Elena was helpful on the first day, and the manager, Robert, has been easy to work with. This car buying experience is one of the better I've had.

I wish I'd known about Hertz in Lynn sooner. They are a place I feel good about doing business with.

Overall a great experience coming here to buy a used car. No hassling, very respectful. George was fantastic to work with. Very calm, confident in his responses to our questions. We test drove the car and less than a week later walked out with the keys. The only tough/stressful part was having to be the middle man between our insurance company and Hertz. This made it difficult for many reasons, but of course this is to be expected working with a Used Car Dealership. Otherwise a great experience. Thank you George and Rob for making this a positive experience for us.

One plus of buying from hertz - the price listed online is the total price you are paying. No extra fees or add ons. Included in the price also is a 12 month 12k mile warranty. Robert, the finance manager was even able to get me a better rate than what I was pre approved for! Overall great experience, would definitely recommended purchasing your next car from these guys.

These guys are the best! Let me start with- I hate dealing with car salesmen... It can be exhausting... But this was a totally enjoyable experience, They were able to get me what nobody else was able to, and they were more interested in helping me find what I needed than trying to upsell me and commission my wallet. Apparently the bad reviews are for the old crew they had working here. Everybody I talked with here was helpful, professional and relatable and made my car buying experience much more enjoyable. They definitely go above and beyond! Also, you can't beat the prices!

Great experience, I have previously bought a car from this lot last year, and recently my boyfriend did as well. Max was a great salesman and walked us through the process. He knows his business and well experienced in cars! Definitely will keep referring my friends and family to do busy with them!

My experience getting a Tesla (Model 3) was a positive one. They offered to drive it a couple hours to RI to get a VIN inspection, answered all my questions, and were professional.

Bought a car from them last week and it was a very pleasant experience. Had George as our salesman who was very respectful, not pushy at all and took the time to address any concerns we had on the vehicle. For being a previous rental, the car was pristine, like new and drives as such and the no haggle price was below KBB and what the bank valued the car as well. Fees are fair and they also value trade-ins fairly. Would recommend and will go back when in need of another car. Already had financing from my local credit union, so I cannot speak to the financing process, but from the interaction with the salesman as well as the Branch Manager, my guess is that it would be smooth as well.

They are no hustling you for the money if you want to know APR before you move forward they let you know. If you have questions about the bank or how to get a lower payment they help you in every way.

Other dealers when you walk in they ask for money they ask for what car and how they can help.

The only time they ask for money is at the end when you are about to sign the papers.
