Could not be happier with our experience at Commonwealth Volkswagen. We previously went to another Volkswagen dealership, and felt as if the sales department was not looking to make it work for us, and quite frankly, were trying to take advantage. I felt uncomfortable, and wanted to try another dealership. The moment we walked into Commonwealth Volkswagen, we felt welcomed, and like they were genuinely interested in helping us find what we were looking for. Special shout out to Mark and Cindy for really making it all come together for us, we got exactly what we were looking for, for an extremely reasonable price.

Hit a pot hole and did some good damage to my tire, rim, strut and spring. Oscar was amazing to work with and made sure everything was fixed for me. The bill, naturally, was quite high, and he gave me a small discount, which I appreciated very much!

Plain and simple we needed service - a lot of service. Brakes, tires, oil change...the whole thing. I called Commonwealth and not only were they kind, they allowed us to drop off our vehicle and offered flexibility we needed that day. The technicians and reps were honest about pricing and what needed to be done. Informative but not intimidating and understanding when I had to get an uber that was arriving just before close. I do not live that close but I would come back here in a second because I appreciate the level of service that everyone I met with gave. My car was taken care of, the price was extremely fair. Not to miss the facilitation & prompt communication of Cindy who were so fast & accurate since taking my online request to meet with VW team, she was another great image to the whole team. One of the best car buying experiences I've had. The salesman explained everything clearly and without any pressure. I came in expecting a long wait and they fixed bumped me up. Overall very welcoming and accommodating. I’ve heard great things about this place.

No problems and they honored my discount for the oil change after showing the cashier. Cashier needed to get approval from the service desk so next time I'll tell the service desk that I have a coupon first. All good.

The dealership was able to take me at a day's notice, and performed not only the service I requested but also additional warranty service of which I was unaware. This is one of the reasons I continue to take my car to this service department even though I now live 45 minutes away.
