I am always one to support a small local business as opposed to bringing my business to a large hardware type store chain corporate type business. Something like what I had to do was having 2 screens remade and fixed. I wouldn't bring something like that to a Home Depot or a Lowes;
so I brought it to a local city hardware store where although it was more expensive the work was quality work and I'm supporting a small business in a community.
I would recommend anyone to go to a small business in their home town and always try to support small businesses and even though it may cost a little bit more sometimes
you'll find that the association between the customer & the shop owner is more personal and friendly in even though you may pay a little bit more proves to be worth it in both the quality of the work the relationships that are built and keeping things strong within the community both socially and economically. 5 stars for this shop. I have tried it once before several years ago for keys and was satisfied then also.
I will definitely bring business here again sometime down the road.

Great old school hardware store , best service around…

They were very helpful with information and guidance on how to improve my lawn. The best part was that they were not trying to get me into buying anything, instead they really were giving me guidance. Thus local hardware has the things you need plus amazing customers services.

I always go there for my hardware needs. Their prices are great, they are very helpful and respectful. I've been going there for at least 15 to 20yrs, and they have always been a great place to do business with. Check them out!!!

Best 'traditional' (aka old fashioned :-) ) hardware store in town. There's folks have absolutely everything you're looking for (or they can get it) and unlike the big box stores, they will work with you to teach your solution. It's their career, not a part-time job.

Good old fashioned hardware store where there's not a lot of room to move around because they've got so much stuff packed in there. Expect someone to say "can I help you?" with a smile within seconds of walking in. You're going to ask them because you won't find it but they'll know exactly where it is. Beats a big box store any day of the week.

Great small business to support, I needed some hardware but didn't know what I needed exactly. Crew there was helpful and friendly. Sometimes if your not a local at a small shop, people are standoffish. This is not that shop. Great spot!

I've been trading at this place for 45 years it's a great place they treat you like family there they get all the name brands the prices are great you have a question Ed will tell you how to fix it and the other workers treat you like family too like I said I won't trade anywhere but there sincerely yours TJ

Great Old school hardware store with excellent customer service and a selection of everything you would need for the house or apartment. Great to see California paints carried by them.

Will have what you need, and will make sure it is what and all you need. Although extremely rare, if they don't have it they'll tell you where you can check. Very helpful with what and how to do with a helpful and professional way.

Tim and his staff are amazing and knowledgeable. They are a fixture in Haverhill and the only place you need to go for home improvement help
