I recently had my laser removal with Lona, and she was absolutely wonderful. I felt very comfortable speaking with her about my concerns. She was attentive, informative and together we came up with a treatment plan I feel comfortable with and excited for. The facility is very clean and all the other staff were super nice and professional. I highly recommend it.

I have loved working with the team at Celebrity Med Spa! They’re so kind and friendly, I feel listened to and like my experience matters to them. Because of that, my results are amazing and I’m really happy to keep coming back!

This is especially important to me because I have had bad experiences with other service providers (see my other reviews and you’ll find it) and all of those issues are resolved by coming to Celebrity!

I purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal on my lower legs. It worked really well for me even after just the first session. I wasn’t expecting to see any results so early on. All the staff I’ve interacted with have been really friendly. The tech I’ve had so far, Ashley, talks me through the entire process, checks in to see how I’m doing, and even encourages me during the procedure (which is a really nice since laser hair removal is a little but uncomfortable at times). I like the interior design of the place and that they play music. Also really nice they are open on weekends with my busy schedule.

very affordable through Groupon. staff is friendly. ive had laser elsewhere and my session at celebrity was by far the most effective I've ever had. you're mileage may vary of course, but this is the 3rd place I've had laser and the most effective.

I’ve been receiving laser hair removal and have been beyond impressed with my experience. Dawn is incredible, professional and so kind! The sessions are quick but all staff makes you feel beyond welcomed. I had tried other places for laser hair and am so glad I found Celebrity Med Spa!

Dr. Griffin did an amazing job! I’ve never had a physician who has taken so much care and time in preparation in administering a facial filler before. As you can see I’m very happy with the result and highly recommend them!

I found Celebrity Spa through my cousin who got her laser hair removal done from them and I loved the work they did. From the moment I walked in I was treated with such a welcoming and kindness vibe! The General Manger, Alia Lunak did such a good job making me feel at home and went through all the steps and answered all my questions about the process. Although, I was nervous at first, once we started talking she me feel much better! She also let me know the best deals and all the events they have going on!!

My experience at celebrity spa and laser treatment was extremely positive. Crystal was amazing! Not only was she technically skilled, but she was kind and took time to answer my questions and individualized my treatment. I felt so comfortable after this experience that I purchased a package of contour and fillers. Her professionalism instilled a sense of trust and I’m looking forward to my next treatment at Celebrety Spa Laser. I was also impressed at how the spa environment was very clean, airy and well decorated.

This review was for Laser Hair removal at the Celebrity spa in progress ridge. First, I would like to start by saying Celebrity Spa comes with the most exceptional customer service. They called to confirm before the appointment the day prior and made sure I knew how to be most prepared. Chelsea and Allie, were both very welcoming and friendly. Dominique performed the service on me and was very accommodating and pleasant. Seemed to be very thorough. It was so quick, easy, and absolutely painless. I cant wait to see the results. Stop hesitating and give the amazing staff at Celebrity Spa a call.

Celebrity Med Spa is the best! Everyone who works there is so nice, courteous, and accommodating! I've had several laser hair removal sessions with them, and every experience has been wonderful! I can't wait for my next appointment!

Come here if you want to be pampered and feel like you are being taken care of by Family. Everyone I came in contact with was wonderful from the front hosts; to Alia, the GM; to the two laser technicians who cared for me: Dawn and Carolyn. I just finished my last laser hair removal session yesterday. The results is wonderful and I couldn't believe how quick the visits were. Shorter than waxing and the end result after 6/7 sessions is permanent!!! Dawn, who can do almost everything from laser-work, facials, chem-peels, to the new micro-needle magic is wonderful. There was no question I had, or personal need too small. She was knowledgeable, efficient and gentle with me. The decor through out the spa is open, airy and feels brand-new. And most importantly, everything from the bathrooms, spa rooms, equipment and waiting area is immaculate. If you want competent people helping you defy aging - I would go here first. And how convenient for me that it is adjacent to New Seasons.

Laser hair removal can be a bit scary, but the staff here was so kind and helpful and made the process so smooth. The package of 6 sessions I bought was affordable and extremely effective. Also the appointments are lightening fast so it's easy to fit into your day. I'm very happy with my results!

Just had my lips done here with 1cc of Juvederm Ultra and WOW!

First of all, booking was a breeze. Got a confirmation text, which I forgot to respond to, and a nice little followup message as a reminder. Extremely well done, and very VERY easy.

The staff are wonderfully friendly, welcoming, and kind. The doctor was incredibly delicate, extremely patient and very empathetic. And to top EVERYTHING off, my lips look spectacular! The entire experience was honestly the best I've ever had, 11 out of 10!

While we all enjoy the relaxing spa-like treatment what I also needed was solid results. I am then glad to say that I am extremely satisfied with the experience and professionalism of the staff at Celebrity Med Spa. I speak of Dawn, and the manager Alia Lunak, in particular. I came in for laser hair removal and I saw results almost immediately and in the weeks that followed between sessions. Dawn is especially thorough when going over "problem" areas; gentle yet firm in her approach. I would happily recommend this to anyone, especially someone like me with an Indian (or other "ethnic") background. Thank you, Celebrity Med Spa!

I have been a loyal client at Celebrity Med Spa for at least 4-5 years, primarily for spray tan services. I have had nothing but good experiences with the staff and services. The salon is always clean. The manager, Alia, is always super friendly, accommodating, and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the client experience is positive.

I will also note that I have been to several other tanning salons in the area over the years, and everyone loves to push you into buying more stuff. Nobody at Celebrity Med Spa does this - they make you aware of specials and deals, but they don't push at all, which is much appreciated.

Wow! Just finished my sixth laser session here. IMPRESSED. I'm not new to last hair removal, this place hands down has the BEST equipment, staff, and ambiance. I had several sessions before at other laser centers with pain & poor results. These guys know what they're doing. My hair is gone! They called and reminded me of my appointments (appreciated!) they have nice bathrobes, bottled water. I saw 3 different technicians, and they were all great. I didn't feel self conscious or embarrassed, they were really professional. I shopped around price wise they are comparable to all the other salons out there. So- if you're going to make the investment in yourself, go to the nice place. This is it.

I am so glad that I made the decision to try Laser hair removal, & I am even happier that I found Celebrity Med Spa! My (free) initial consultation was with Brittany, who worked with me to find a package that fit my needs and got me the most for my money. I was very comfortable talking with her right from the beginning. She's warm, open, friendly, and professional. My treatment sessions have been with Carolyn. Carolyn is absolutely fantastic; I can't say enough about how wonderful this girl is! When you're in a room with a stranger and your modesty is hanging on a hook on the back of the door, Carolyn has the ability to immediately put you at ease. It is kind of like going to have a coffee with a friend, except we don't drink coffee, one of us is working, and the other one is half naked! As promised, the treatments are pretty much pain free, and they are very effective. Staff is very forth coming about what gets you the best results regarding skin types, hair types, and what to do to ensure the laser treatments work. I had amazing results after just one session!
I have also had the pleasure of speaking with and getting to know Alia, the General Manager for the establishment. Alia is warm, funny, bright, very personable, and professional. I don't know any of the other staff by name (yet), but I can say I have never been treated with anything but kindness by anyone there. I have always been acknowledged and greeted when I arrive, and some one has always bid me a good day when I left. The treatment rooms are impeccably clean and the staff present themselves well. I highly recommend this place!!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Celebrity Med Spa! I have mostly interfaced with Alia, Dominique, and Crystal and they all make you feel like family right away. It may seem small, but they remember your name and are engaged about everything you care to share with them— whether it is asking all the questions about the program/procedure/process or talking about life while you’re getting it done. It is truly apparent that their greatest concern is making you feel comfortable and helping you to feel like your best self. I have done laser hair removal, Botox, and CoolSculpt. Still waiting on results from CoolSculpt, but can attest to great results for laser hair removal and Botox! They are so great meeting you where ever you are at.

Very impressed with Celebrity Medical Spa. The facility is gorgeous, and the front desk staff very cheerful and welcoming. Dr. Griffith went above and beyond in my consultation for dermal fillers, spending over half an hour going over the differences between fillers and which would provide results on what parts of my face, as well as the pros and cons for each. When we realized I had purchased the wrong filler for what I wanted treated, she contacted the spa owner to see if we could switch products on my Groupon, which the owner was amenable to, and also offered a discount on the up-cost, if that was the way I had chosen to go. Injection process went well, I was confident I was fully informed of all my options, and I am tremendously happy with the results.
