Attended my first ever Hot Yoga class here with Sarah as the instructor and it was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The instructor's guidance was both encouraging and informative, ensuring everyone felt included regardless of their skill level. The heat added an extra layer of intensity to the practice, just what we were all there for, allowing for deeper stretches and a truly invigorating experience. I left feeling rejuvenated and already looking forward to my next session. Highly recommend this studio for anyone looking for a well-organized and welcoming hot yoga class! Only downside - it was a bit more crowded than I was expecting, so I do recommend getting there early (unlike I did). Goes to show they do a good job and are popular though! Well done. I will go back.

Karma yoga is great !! Hot yoga is one of my favorite classes to attend ! The instructors are great and Fred the owner is super friendly! I would definitely recommend!

I took a Tuesday night Hot Yoga class while in town and it was perfect! Not too difficult, time flew by, and it was a good mix of stretching and flowing. We didn't know they are a cash only studio, so come prepared! They were nice enough to let us take the class for free even though we had no way to pay them. Super kind people and the regulars seem genuinely happy with their every experience.

I was in that crowded yoga class that someone mentions below. Ill admit it was a tight squeeze but once the class got going I felt very comfortable and in the zone. Hot Yoga classes do fill up quick in the winter months.

I drive here from CT because I really like the different classes and instructors. I am glad they did not turn people away.

I am a beginner Yogi and I did not find the classes to be difficult. Every pose has a modification to accommodate skill or injuries. I will say yes sometimes people in the room will be doing different poses but that is because everyone is on their OWN practice and own levels. I'm not flexible at all and I do what I can. Don't compare yourself to others practice. No one is judging anyone in class. I always feel refreshed after.

There was an older woman next to me who was doing hot yoga for the first time and she loved it and found it to be easy to follow.

All the instructors here are really nice and there's a class for everyone. Not many yoga studios offer all of these classes.

If you ever have questions you can always chat with the instructors before or after class. From my experience they are always more than willing to help!
The studio is cash only but that doesn't bother me. Just come prepared.

Absolutely an amazing place with phenomenal beings. Kate's Ying class on Tues night was so relaxing and easy to follow. I'm no yogi lol she made me feel so comfortable and the practice, even only having a few under my belt, have made such a huge difference in the aches/pains I've been suffering from. Suzanne's hot yoga gets the blood flowing and the balance going! Can't wait until the next session!! Highly recommend a visit 😊

Participated in Warm Yoga with teacher Josh this morning and feel so grateful for the experience! Everything was perfect - from the vibing music that was upbeat & energetic but didn’t break the peace .. to the guided stretches (loved shoulders, lats, and hips).. to the tantalizing breathwork.. only to be made whole with a lovely essential oil third eye touch at the end! Highly recommend and will absolutely return. God Bless!

Started yoga approximately 1 1/2 ago and would highly recommend karma yoga! The 530 am classes with Amy are great!

Great space for Yoga, meditation, and relaxation. The owner has a great energy that facilitates having a blissful time. Would highly recommend it.
