But the community that is in the studio is what makes it stand out. Amy and all of the instructors are so welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuine. Their passion shows through their teaching. There are classes for all levels as well as warm and hot offerings. As the student you can get whatever you’d like out of the class whether you’re only there for the physical practice or you’re there to deepen your journey, and there is no judgement either way, only encouragement. This studio is the definition of a safe space for everyone to feel welcome to learn and live yoga. It has definitely changed my life having a regular yoga practice at Transform at Amy Bourque Yoga.

I joined Transform in Jan 2022 looking to get back into a group fitness atmosphere. What I found was wonderful accepting community and a deeper knowledge and appreciation for yoga. Amy and all the staff here are very thoughtful, supportive and there truly is something for everyone. I highly recommend to anyone looking to explore yoga for the first time, deepen their practice, or check out a new studio!

I absolutely love it here! I was looking to try hot yoga and I came across this place online. From the moment I walked in I felt so welcomed, the class sizes are perfect, and the instructor Leighann was amazing. I'll never go anywhere else!

Transform is a sacred space with an incredible community. Between the quality of instructors, variety of classes offered, workshops, and pop up classes, there is something for everyone. I highly recommend Transform for yoga and healing!

I know Amy as a fellow Yoga Practitioner. When time opens up for me, I choose to travel to Transform Yoga which is 45 minutes away because I feel Amy Bourque is a gem...both as a person and a yoga instructor. She is very committed to learning and continuing to grow as a teacher and leader. Her students are fortunate to have someone so dedicated to bringing the best of what Yoga has to offer. I have attended the Sound Healing sessions there as well and loved Denise Lajeunesse's sound baths. I have also collaborated at Transform Yoga offering trainings in Qigong Infused Yoga. Several of Amy's students have taken the weekend training with me and I witnessed the trust and friendly rapport she has with her students who LOVE her classes. I always look forward to spending time at Transform! Its a positive place to be and I look forward to visiting again both as a student and instructor.

I have followed Amy around for several years now. She is one of my favorite yoga teachers and I think the best all levels teacher in the area. She is always welcoming and her studio space is beautiful. While Amy practices healing arts she never made me feel wrong for getting surgery for my knee issues like other yoga teachers have done. She has always accepted me with my limited abilities and welcomed me. I love that about her! If you are a newbie or into power yoga you will find a home with Transform at Amy Bourque Yoga.

I am loving everything about this studio. I retired and found that I wanted a morning class to replace the evening classes I had been taking at a different studio which I loved. I didn't think it would be possible to find another place to practice that would be as supportive, and provide the class style I was looking for. I found it here and more. In addition to day time classes I also wanted to try Hot Yoga which I also found here, along with a flexible monthly or by class pay structure. I highly recommend this studio, the classmates are supportive and very welcoming, every teacher I have had has been amazing and I was instantly hooked on hot yoga.

Today i went for my first ever reiki session. Amy was amazing. I haven't been able to relax and refill my energy in so long. I felt better after the one hour session and even more so as time has passed. Cannot wait to book again.

Most amazing and welcoming yoga studio I’ve attended. This is literally my second home. All the instructors here are very kind, gentle hearted and nonjudgmental. All are welcome, you can go at your own pace and modify as you go along. I highly recommend.
