I have been with Little Treasures for over nine years now since my daughter was the first infant attending there when they first opened and now my son who is four is still there. We commute from up north to Lynnfield because I would not bring my son anywhere else Mary and her staff have been nothing but amazing Compassionate, professional and truly have the best interest our children. My son comes home every day happy as can be my daughter went off to kindergarten and was so prepared from being at Little Treasures. We certainly hit a jam when we found this place over nine years ago.!

My family has had experiences in each classroom, infant to pre-k, and has loved all of the teachers. The teachers have made my children feel safe and loved. Both of my children are thriving and learning so much at Little Treasures. The staff has also been supportive and flexible with schedule changes.

My family could not be happier with LTS. My daughter has been there now for almost a year and a half now and we have ZERO complaints. My daughter has a tough time with adjustments and every staff member and teacher has been nothing but loving and compassionate to help my daughter feel loved and comfortable at school. They are the most organized school and also beyond easy to communicate with. My daughter loves going to school and it gives us such peace of mind knowing she is safe and cared for while she is at LTS.

Our child has been at Little Treasures Schoolhouse for over a year, and we have absolutely loved our experience. Its the 'goldilocks' of daycares (not too big, not too small, just right). The staff are super attentive and engaging with the children. We feel lucky to have found a great place for our child to ground an learn for the next couple years.

I couldn't be happier with my child's experience, as well as my own, at LTS in Lynnfield. Everyone is so friendly and easy to communicate with. I truly appreciate all the work that the staff and administration put in to creating a safe, caring, fun, and enriching environment for my child.

Writing this review has been a challenge, as I wanted to ensure that my words really reflect our experience rather than being a knee-jerk reaction driven by negative emotions. I waited for my initial frustration to calm down, but sadly the disappointment we felt during our time at this childcare center cannot be understated.

From the start, it was evident that this center was ill-suited for children with energetic, playful, fierce, or strong-willed personalities – qualities that are natural and crucial for a child's development. Our son possesses these qualities, yet he also radiates love, care, and sensitivity towards others. It's sad that the center failed to recognize and appreciate the uniqueness of his character.

Our feelings of unhappiness are much stronger than just feeling let down. Our son had just turned four when we received an email from the owner saying that we had a mere 2-3 weeks to find an alternative placement for him. The reason? Supposedly, a teacher was thinking of leaving, and they hinted that our son's behavior was the reason. We were absolutely shocked.

In an attempt to understand this concerning situation, we had a meeting with both the owner and a teacher closely connected to the owner. They suggested that we have our son undergo a neuropsychological evaluation, hinting that he might be on the autism spectrum. This absolutely insensitive suggestion came after my father had recently passed away, a time when our son had been around the sadness, sorrow, and mourning in our family. Rather than recognizing the emotional distress he had been through, the center decided to disregard his feelings and BLAMING him for "acting out".

I can't help but wonder: what kind of people behave so unprofessionally and show zero compassion in such situations?
Unfortunately it was made clear than their financial gains were way more important than the well-being of the children in their care.

My eyes still tear up as I write about our difficult journey,, hoping that our experience serves as a warning for other parents who're looking for a nurturing and compassionate environment for their children. It is disheartening to realize that this center lacks the insight to recognize and embrace the diverse personalities that make each child unique and special.

Just a month after our son left the center, the same teacher who was said to be considering leaving also decided to depart... which strongly suggests that her decision had nothing at all to do with our son.

The change in our son's behavior and progress since he started his new school has been truly remarkable. Where he used to feel held back and not understood, now his lively and determined personality is embraced and used to its fullest. It's really heartening to see that he's become an important and beloved part of his new school, which is a complete difference from the unsettling experience he had to go through previously.

I encourage parents who are looking for a caring educational environment for their kids, to carefully consider the impact of their choice. Our experience serves as a reminder that the right environment can make all the difference in a child's growth and development. Our children deserve better – an environment that nurtures their uniqueness and promotes their growth, instead of dampening their enthusiasm..
