Loved this school! Miss Simpson, Mrs Sherwood, Mrs Arnold in the 60’s & 70.
We had a tear gas fallout due to UNM students protesting the war, that was a learning experience in itself. Like most kids then who allowed to be kids, recess playing dodgeball or tether ball was the high point.

Loved school, looks very different now than 1962, and 1978 when my son's attended with the MS Coopers' ,Doris Cooper was my 3rd grade teacher.
