We had a great experience with Dr Patel and his team. My middle school child needed braces because of misalign teeth. The team at NA Orthodontics was able to guide through the insurance process and make appointments every 6 weeks for almost 18 months. The staff is very courteous and would attend immediately upon arrival. We are very satisfied with the results and would highly recommend.

We have been seeing Dr. Patel for long time now. He is very good with kids, and has a very effective method of explaining the procedure to all age patients.

Their staff is also very polite and knowledgeable.

I highly recommend Dr. Patel for all orthodontic needs.

I’ve had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Patel and the entire staff. Before making a decision on where I wanted to get my braces I visited 3 different orthodontist offices in the area and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Dr Patel is extremely professional and has great attention to detail. The entire staff is so kind, friendly and welcoming. I used to apprehensive about going to the dentist but at North Andover orthodontist that just simply hasn’t been the case!

We had our first appointment here today for a consult for my 9 year old daughter. We had consulted with another ortho last week who wanted to pull 4 baby teeth and put nightgear on her for an overbite. Dr. Patel and Alina were so kind and informative and explained everything they wanted to do and why it was the best plan for my daughter. I decided on the spot that this would be our ortho and we didn't need to seek a third opinion. You can tell he is super up to date and highly informed with current treatments and wants you to feel comfortable with everything they're doing. Actually looking forward to our appointment next week for her first scan to order her pallet expander.

The staff and Dr Patel are amazing and always greet us with a smile. They run on time and make the entire ortho process seamless for my anxious kids. I have one child that just finished and one starting. Appreciate Dr. Patel explaining each step as they went and even learned a thing or two.
The consideration not just for the care they receive while in braces, but how it will affect my kids dental health long term is wonderful. I did not just feel like my kids were in an assembly line to get them in and out.

As an older person, I was unsure about getting braces at a late age.

Absolutely everyone in the office is so friendly, yet professional, I actually look forward to my visits. As someone who had traditional braces 40 years ago I wasn't sure what to expect. My Invisalign is working even better than anticipated. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and North Andover Orthodontics!

We love the staff here, especially Alina and Dr. Patel! Both my kids have gotten braces here, and they’re finally off. I’m actually coming back myself to get Invisalign after my wedding. I definitely recommend this office, their services are great and who doesn’t like a warm welcoming environment on each appointment.

This place was awesome! I came back here to originally see Dr.Todd who had this practice but due some other things going on she sold the practice to such an awesome Doctor. He was amazing with my teeth and I would recommend him to anyone who’s looking to get there teeth fixed. He listens to your concerns and gives you options that you’re comfortable with. This is my SECOND time getting my teeth fixed after braces and I’m completely satisfied with his work. I will be bringing my son here when he is old enough as he looked at my sons teeth just because he was with me. Everyone that works for him are all extremely nice and I have never had an issue! Go here for your teeth!!

They are so professional yet welcoming like family. I love each and everyone of them here. They made this process so easy and fun. They will help you in anyway that they can.
I also came here with no dental insurance and were helpful with the process as well.
Plus I loved that they worked with my time since I go to school in Maine. Honestly would highly recommend.

Dr. Patel and his team are extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind. I came in to get a retainer and I can honestly say I felt like a valued patient here, trusted the staff, and received outstanding treatment. You can tell everyone is experienced, highly qualified, and trained.

Dr. Patel is a true professional and the best orthodontist I have ever been to! I have seen Dr. Patel at his Lynnfield location in the past, and I have always been impressed with his knowledge, patience, and kind & calm demeanor. He was patient enough to answer ALL of my questions in detail. He gave me tips and suggestions around my dental concerns that made me feel heard also. I trust his treatment and felt like I was in good hands!

The team here is also fantastic, professional, and supportive. Alaina at the front desk was very kind! The office was very clean and has such a friendly welcoming atmosphere. Jessie helped take my impressions. She was great and very kind! She explained each step of the process to me and made sure I was comfortable.

This is the place to go for both children and adult orthodontic care! (Parents - the office is also conveniently located next to the middle and high schools). It is a great place with professionals you can trust. Will definitely be coming here in the future and suggesting this location to friends for orthodontic needs. Thanks Dr. Patel and team!

Very good experience the past 16 months with Invisalign. Dr. Patel & staff was caring and knowledgeable. I have no problem recommending their practice.

We've been seeing Dr. Patel at Lynnfield location but are so excited to have him in town finally!
Dr. Patel keeps you very involved in the care he provides. I have always been provided with the treatment options along with the time and information to understand them well enough so I can make an informed decision.
He is especially very good with kids/teenagers. Our teenage daughter has a multi year plan. Our treatment plan started late (less effective and uninformed treatment plan from the previous orthodontist) but we couldn't have been more happier with the progress. It can be frustrating for teenagers and our daughter has the opportunity to express her frustration but comes back understanding what is being done and why it is taking longer than she expects in comparison to "other friends".
In addition, Dr. Patel has a highly trained, qualified, friendly, and experienced staff.

Everyone at the office including doctor, assistants and office staff were excellent and so friendly. I was unable to clean my teeth due to overcrowding issues in teeth, after a few minute exam doctor pointed out everything. During the process Doctor discusses the options with me including invisalign and braces, I choose braces due to more benefits and less cost then the Invisalign. In a due course of 13 months it turned out to be best smile ever. The outcome was enthralling and very satisfactory. The doctors office had the most kind, compassionate and extremely talented employees. I’d give six stars because of the time frame that they worked and that I never had to wait or spend more time then needed. Just easy in and out all the time.
I highly recommend this office to everyone and thank you for giving a great smile.
