Jim was super easy to deal with. He provided all answers to my questions while making me feel like i was a person rather than just business. Living out of state it could have been very difficult to seal the deal but it wasn't he made the transaction a very simple process and in the future i will look to Jim when vehicle shopping again. This review is a little late, but my boyfriend and I purchased a car from V&F Auto back in January. Jim was exceptional during the initial meeting to driving our new car off the lot! He was genuine, honest, and extremely helpful during our whole experience. He answered all of our questions and helped us be at ease during the process. I was always full of apprehension whenever I would go to a dealership knowing what I was in store for. Jim at V&F was hands down the best.
