The best customer service ever. John is a very polite and a very nice guy. Had great service with them and I would highly recommend to anyone..but of course some one that keeps calling asking for petty things making them go places and then find out it's all B S . I mean it's a business not a cry baby place, just wanting to complain for nothing at all! of course then anyone would be upset with that wasting time gas and employee pay etc...

Swampscott Glass is fantastic! Very friendly and great service. My go to for glass needs. My parents have an old house with original windows, so when the glass goes... I go to Swampscott Glass, get glass cut to size and job done.

Called in to get an estimate for a cracked glass on a double hung window. The old guy that answered had the worst attitude. You know the type, they talk to you like you are inconveniencing them by wanting to give them business. He actually got upset that I thought they only did Auto glass (like it states on Google). I explained to him that I had the window pane removed and could bring it to him and he made every excuse to not let that happen, and proceeded to rudely lecture me about how the window was built. I told him I just need an estimate, gave him the measurements and needed to know how long it would be to get the glass replaced and he took offense to that and responded with an angry tone. I finally had enough, told him I was going with another company, and hung up on him.

Swampscott Glass, that guy just made you lose business. Either get that guy some customer service training or get someone in that position with customer service training. Doesn't matter how long you've been in business, it's not normal for a potential customer looking for a service to be met with rude aggression. Good luck in the future you're going to need it with people like that working for you.

John Morrison took my deposit of $10,611.75 and never did the project. He then informed me he spent the money on other projects and was unable to return in full but would make partial payments. This was months ago. John Morrison simply stole $10,611.75 from me. I will be uploading police report and all associated documents to a website so everyone can check these facts.

Awful customer service. John will not stand by his product or installation and he is very rude. We will never use this company again.
