Dr Pavlo is excellent, patient and very personable . He does a great job explaining every procedure . But where this practice really shines is in the support staff. Everyone in the office is amazing

Dr Pavlo and his entire staff are amazing! They were great with both my daughters throughout the entire process and continue to be with follow ups since their braces are off. Both girls could not be happier with the great smiles provided! The team there worked with busy schedules and educating my daughters throughout the entire process as well as encouraging them! I have been with Dr Pavlo for over 11 years, three out of my four children requiring braces. I have to say over the course of these years, the quality of care has never wavered. His staff is well educated & they have encouraged all my children to hold themselves accountable & stay involved in their overall care! Their office environment is friendly, caring & impeccably clean! I can not say enough about the quality of care we have received over the years and we highly recommend their office!

Dr Pavlo and his staff are incredibly warm and friendly. The office is up to date with all the latest technology and procedures. One bonus is they are always coming up with fun, challenging ideas to keep the kids involved and interested in going to the office. I feel that they go above and beyond to make their patients feel special! My family has been going to Dr Pavlo for about 10 years including three of my daughters, sister, niece, cousin and myself are patients of Pavlo Orthodontics and I would not hesitate to recommend them, especially for their outstanding quality of customer service!

Dr. Pavlo's office is the BEST!! Both of my boys had braces in his Peabody office. His staff is magnificent and he's awesome!! The staff is accommodating, friendly, and professional. Dr. Pavlo and his team are gentle and extremely comforting. My boys felt at ease and enjoyed their orthodontic experience. They both have beautiful smiles because of them! I have been going to Pavlo Orthodontics since I was a little kid, and they have always provided an informative and enjoyable experience in their offices. The staff is very friendly and the office is always perfectly maintained. I had braces on for nearly two years, and any time I needed extra help with my braces, the office was able to make a quick appointment. I am very happy with my results and my experience at Pavlo Orthodontics.

My family has known Dr. Pavlo for many years. My mom got braces 10+ years ago with him and so did my sister about 7 years ago. Dr Pavlo and his staff are very kind and attentive. Dr. Pavlo and his staff are the best. They are an incredibly friendly, skilled and consistent team. The environment they create around orthodontics is fun and welcoming. I never dread my appointments. Each of which is relatively brief and you will leave with a smile on your face. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs braces.

Dr. Pavlo is my daughter’s orthodontist. After her initial evaluation several years ago, Dr. Pavlo waited until all of her baby teeth fell out before recommending that she get braces. He then met with us to explain all of the issues that needed to be addressed with her braces, and he informed us that she would need to wear her braces for about 22 months. Just after 20 months, her bite was fixed, her teeth properly aligned and her smile was perfect. Dr. Pavlo’s office always ran on time and his staff was always courteous, accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Pavlo to anyone needing braces!

The practice is outstanding! The length of time that our daughter needed her braces was exactly what Dr. Pavlo predicted. The staff are fabulous, friendly and skilled. Sometimes our daughter can be anxious but she was always perfectly comfortable during all of her visits. A thoroughly positive atmosphere and experience!

The staff at Pavlo Orthodontics is amazing. Warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable is a perfect combination. We always feel at home when it's time for our visit. Dr. Pavlo himself is just a gem. He really puts a lot into his practice with his own work and overseeing the work by the others who the patient interacts with. The office itself (we go to the Peabody location) is always impeccably clean, the waiting area is always being updated with finer touches that really show that he invests in not only the right tools for the actual orthodontic work, but also in his patients' comfort and convenience.

We were recommended to Dr. Pavlo by a good friend and have had an amazing experience. My twin boys, now 13 years old, have been seen by Dr. Pavlo for the past 3+ years. Dr. Pavlo and his entire team have been nothing but professional during all of our visits. He takes his time examining his patients and only begins treatment when the time is right. We have always been able to get appointments that work for our schedule. He makes the visits fun by his trivia games and prizes and in addition we have received numerous notes in the mail recognizing birthdays and holidays. The best note I received was a hand written THANK YOU from my son who “graduated” from Dr. Pavlo, thanking my husband and I for getting him braces.

My children, who are both patients of Dr. Pavlo, really like him because his staff is extremely friendly, Dr. Pavlo performs the procedures very quickly without pain, the offices are clean and modern and well equipped, and he was very accurate in predicting how long our older daughter had to have her braces. Dr. Pavlo Orthodontics is a great place. Not only Dr. Pavlo, but everyone working there is very kind and does their best to get the best outcome for me and I imagine everyone else who goes there. They did a wonderful job fixing my teeth and continue to check up on me making sure my teeth are doing alright. Great place and I'd highly recommend to anyone.

Both my daughter and son go to Dr. Pavlo. The entire team is wonderful to work with and they absolutely know how to run an efficient practice which is critical when there are so many appointments. This is my only experience with an orthodontist but I would choose Dr. Pavlo again if I were starting over.
