Uptown Drug & Home Medical

I have been a customer of Uptown Pharmacy in Kingman for the last 6 yrs since I have moved back to Arizona. They are great and they have the best people working there.

I had a prescription of a heart medication for my dog. I CALLED EVERY pharmacy in kingman. It was hard to get because she is only 10 pounds. Most of the pharmacies told me it was discontinued or they could not order it. I had never used this pharmacy before because our insurance makes us go to Cvs (unfortunately!!). The pharmacist was able to do a compound for me. He was so nice and did everything he could to help when I called. He took his time to research what he could do for me. The compound was so much cheaper then what the pills would be (6x less!!). He ordered it and told me it would be in 72 hours later. I received a text saying it was ready in less then 48 hours! I was so happy and relieved to get her very important medicine! Now that she was prescribed another heart medication, this was my first stop. I had no problem filling this one either. This will be all my pets pharmacy!! The staff were all very nice every time I have been in. I have had her first prescription filled 3 times now. I am very greatful to uptown drug. They have helped keep my baby alive.

The owner is beyond kind words. I could never be thankful enough for everything he does and has done. Truly, words fail me. He's young, but has the soul and gift of being an old-time, old-fashioned pharmacist.

Great service at the prescription counter. I now get all my prescriptions sent here. Phone notifications available. No lines. Did I mention the friendly staff?

Never had a bad experience here. Went in multiple x to pick up (scheduled) Rx's for elderly neighbors who phoned ahead to identify me. Never a problem. Cool gadgets, candy & (sometimes) costume jewelry, too. Always pleasant people. As for pharmacist filling script for patient w/ allergy, what about the DOCTOR? I accompanied a friend to North Country Med Center, where a Doctor was happily writing an Ampicillin script for a guy w/ allergy to PENICILLIN -- until I said "HEY...wait a minute! Have you even read his CHART?! Suffice to say, a new script was written for an appropriate antibiotic.

I have had business with Andy Devine ,and Golden Valley and have been very satisfied with the friendly helpful service every time! And when I was in the Hospital they helped my Husband and actually went beyond and explained everything in detail how it was used, so When I got home I was setup! I love these People!!!

WHAT AMAZING SERVICE! We have been on the road 12 hours driving....my husband came down with a horrific ear infection....his best friend is also our doc....by the time we got into town and got Clint to bed Uptown had closed it doors.....but Chris the owner came and we explained we were in a spot and he let us in....we got the antibiotics we needed and now we can get on the road back to Oregon with my husband on the mend....YOU DO NOT FIND THIS TYPE OF SERVICE ANYMORE and we found it here at UPTOWN....we will never forgot this act of kindness...thank you to Chris and his great team who also gave us kindness and smiles at the end of their long day on a busy Friday afternoon!!!! Linda is the only one that has cared and helped me tremendously with getting me set up with a CPAP machine and regularly monitoring it. I highly recommend Uptown drug for your CPAP needs.

Fast and friendly service. Chris the Pharmacist gives attention to filling the RX and explaining the medications side affects, dosage, etc. as required by law. I appreciate the reasonable prices vs. Walgreen's or CVS.

My husband uses this pharmacy, they are always very helpful, very fast on getting the scripts filled. Yes I recommend Uptown Drug,think I may change over to them as well!
