Previous to meeting Charlie Donahue I was generally guarded and suspect of attorneys. Charlie changed that perception and provided me with not only his expertise but his friendship. A year ago I found myself needing a lawyer. Fighting for myself is very difficult for me, but having Charlie Donahue by my side gave me the courage to pursue what was right. He was very clear this would be a tough fight but he wanted to help me through this. He instantly put me at ease. He stayed in touch with me throughout the process letting me know what he was doing. Then the day came that we were going to court. I had never experienced being in a court room. My nerves had the best of me. Charlie Donahue was kind, and considerate to all in the court room. He would reassure me, and took time to explain what to expect. I admired his ability to make everyone feel comfortable. However once court started he was on target, well prepared, and you could see he had done his research well. Always respectful yet didn't let facts go by without question. I left that court room feeling confident, knowing I had the best lawyer for my case.

Several years ago, my in-laws in their late 70's, were severely injured in a car accident when a Fed Ex truck pulled out in front of them while they were traveling straight out of Keene.

My father- in- law did not remember the accident and was taken to Cheshire. My mother-in-law was taken to Dartmouth-Hitchcock in Lebanon, NH.

We decided to call Charlie, though both did not want to go through litigation because they did not want to blame the young man driving.

Their medical costs were extremely high due to the hospitalizations and they had medical insurance . It was a process, but Charlie was able to mediate the case.
They are now in their late 80's and still suffer long lasting effects from the accident.
Glad to report they are able to live independently and are comfortable financially.

Charlie Donahue was patient, responsive and professional ... but mostly listened. I highly recommend his law practice.

Charlie is extraordinarily personable and knowledgeable. He is easy to talk to, professional, and he goes out of his way to be accessible to his clients. He demonstrates genuine concern for one's circumstances, and I'm 100% that if Charlie can't do something, it's only because it's impossible. I wouldn't think of reaching out to anyone else.

I had no faith in lawyers prior to meeting Charlie Donahue. In fact, I hesitated to get a lawyer because I do not trust them. I found that dealing with the insurance company was far worse, so I decided to give Donahue Law a try. I would have been happy to simply have the insurance company pay my medical bills, but because they thought it was a pre-existing condition, they did not want to compensate me fairly. Because I hired Charlie, I got my medical bills paid and a lot more. The entire process was interesting from the beginning to end and ultimately I got an amount I deserved. I am happy with the settlement. The staff at Charlie's office is very easy to work with, always available, friendly and helpful. I would recommend Donahue Law and coming from me, that's saying something.

I could not have asked for a better experience having Attorney Donahue take over my case. Back in August 2016 my boyfriend and I were In a head on collision leaving my boyfriend seriously injured, my body badly banged up and on top of that my car was completely totaled. Needed some help on a case and was blown away by the professionalism and timely manner it was resolved in. Never thought i would find someone who cared about what happened to myself and my family as much as Charlie. He proved to be amazing at what he does.
