Truly the only place to go. I moved almost two hours away from when I purchased my first car a few years back here. 70,000 miles later it was time for a new one. I traveled home and Doug made it happen in an afternoon! No pressure, great car, great price, great service. Whenever this one is done…I can’t wait to go back. If you make this your first stop…it will be your only.

Doug is WONDERFUL to work with. The whole process of purchasing my vehicle was joy! I have never enjoyed buying a vehicle. He's honest,helpful and informative. Doug doesn't push you. He takes time to make sure you are satisfied. I will be going back to him when another purchase is necessary.
Side note: the young man helping him over this summer surely learned a great deal.

We bought our daughter's vehicle there in May and worked with Doug. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right. She took her car to college almost 2 hours away and had some issues with it overheating. Had it towed to two places near her. Received a quote from a local garage and then called Doug. He went completely out of his way to have it towed to him and did all the repairs necessary to get it working right. I just couldn't believe even though he didn't have to because technically the warranty was null at this point, he stood by us and did everything possible to help. Would I recommend them? Absolutely and have! Thank you so very much for being an honest and caring business.

Doug was OUTSTANDING! He is refreshingly honest, trustworthy and fair. He went far above and beyond what I expected from a dealer. He gladly permitted and helped facilitate my due diligence in buying a new car to be inspected by my own mechanic who i trust and have used for years. Doug corrected at his own cost what I would have considered normal wear and tear by replacing brake pads and rotors even though he really didn't have to. He treated me with respect and dignity, whereas I found at least 13 other dealerships that belittled me and treated me like a "little lady". Mind you, I am not a mechanic, however I spent 6 years helping my other half rebuild a 57 Ford Fairlane and all of my life doing simple mechanical jobs as brakes, exhaust, radiator and tuneups etc. so I am not completely in the dark. After I purchased the Jeep I realized that the differential fluid was leaking and Doug replaced the seal, cleaned it out and added new fluid at no extra cost. I cannot say enough good things about this delearship and DOUG in particular. He is outstanding and I have never had such a wonderful experience with a dealer in all of my life. I HIGHLY recommend Autokraft and DOUG in particular. He is pleasant, easy going, honest and fair. I LOVE my 2008 Jeep Liberty. If or WHEN I need a new vehicle I WILL be seeking out Doug at AUTOKRAFT again.

Recently purchased a car for my teen daughter from Auto Kraft. They have changed my opinion of used car sales! Mark was helpful, honest, no pressure and took care of everything we asked for. Great car, great price and a true pleasure to work with. I'll start with Auto Kraft first next time I'm in the market for a used car. Can't say enough positive about our experience with them.

Purchased a 2009 Nissan Altima. Car was serviced and is very clean.
This dealer came highly recommended and I couldn't agree more. I work close by at the Town Hall which made it very convenient for me, although I would have traveled further to receive the service I did. We received outstanding customer service- Mark very responsive and a pleasure to deal with! An excellent buying experience all around!

I had a no-pressure experience buying a 2008 Toyota Prius from Mark earlier this month. He was informative, easy-going, kind, and thorough. Mark was beyond professional and treated us with upmost respect. He gave us plenty of privacy when it came to looking at the cars and made great followups when prompted with our concerns. While I did not purchase the car he was selling, it was about the car not being the right fit rather than Mark, for he was truly a top of the line car salesmen.(when there truly aren't that many out there)

I would give Auto Kraft 6 stars if it were possible. Like others have said, Mark is No Pressure, but also informative and easy to talk with. There was No Sales Pitch, and he let me take my time driving the car prior to any agreement to purchase. Mark delivered an excellent auto for me that was safe and in well repair. It looked great inside and out. Mark returned all calls/e-mails timely, and the car/paperwork was all ready on the agreed upon pick up time. EASY, EASY, EASY, and NO DOC FEES to boot !!!!!

The deal that I had with Auto Kraft was wonderful! My dad helped my find a car online an auto kraft's cars come up so I stopped by and take a look. I told them I'm a new driver and this will be my first car and they helped me out so well with choosing the car I want as they let me give the cars driving test. I think that I had tried like 4 or 5 cars in total but they didn't even show any attitude at all! Everybody there are all friendly and helpful! I ended up with a Nissan Altima 2014, which has only been driven 39,000 miles. The car looks brand new and I got it for a very price! Everything works out great as it's been almost a month and a half since I got the car and I'm in love with it! I'm so glad that Auto Kraft was my first and best choice! I would highly recommended this dealer to anyone who's finding a good used car. To me, they're the best in town!

I recently purchased a 2005 Honda CR-V EX from Mark at Auto Kraft. He let me test drive a few cars until I tested the CRV and knew this was the one. They sent the car out for service, had all new front brakes put in, detailed it fully. Their no haggle pricing is for a reason, they do what they say and the car is delivered in perfect driving(and looking) condition. Of course mine was in near mint condition.

Id recommend anybody looking for a car to swing down, they have some of the cleanest and low mileage inventory I have seen, these guys are great. Very knowledgeable and want you to be happy with what you buy.

As an ex-mechanic and car salesman I loath buying from any dealer. The doc fee's and patent bull poop sends me into dry heaves. Our recent experience at Auto Kraft being the exception.
