Zack made my dream come true! It’s not by any means a saying for this post. I never in my dreams thought I would ever own a Cadillac Escalade. That was only something I truly just wished for. Well Zack from KLC made it happen for me and my family. He searched hi and low to meet our requirements and delivered!!! I’m so in love with my new vehicle and I have Zack to thank and be grateful for. I highly recommend this company!!

I have never been so relaxed when buying a used car. Zack and Nico are a pleasure to deal with. No pressure at all, whatever you ask for, they will look into it to make it happen. They even delivered the car at my workplace. If I need another car, I know where I am going to! Great job guys, awesome service! I am updating this review because after I had the car for a couple days I noticed the right door was not closing properly, there was an uneven gap if you compare the bottom to the top of the door. Zack told me, no problem, I get the tool to fix that, no big deal. And yeah, months later now I still haven't heard a beep from them. So you see, they are not that different if you need something after you bought the car...

Nico was very helpful. I wanted my mechanic to look at the car, but figured there would be an issue given my mechanic was all the way in Hartford. To my pleasant surprise, Nico had no problem with me taking the car. The car was fine, but could use new brakes. When I told Nico, there was no issue getting the work done that my mechanic recommended - and at no additional charge. The whole process was complete in a few days, and may have been sooner if not for the weekend. I’d recommend KLC Auto as a place to go if looking for a vehicle.

I went to KLC Auto after browsing their online inventory and reading other reviews. I told Nico what I was looking for and he suggested the perfect car. I couldn't be happier with my Ford Fusion and the process was quick and easy. They kept me updated every step of the way and then delivered the vehicle to my work! Great experience!

I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle at Klc Auto Sales. I recently purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe. Nico, one of the owners was wonderful to work with. During the buying process, Nico kept in touch. He was always courteous and professional. He was able to find the car I wanted in excellent condition with low mileage and stayed in my price range. My husband and daughter each purchased a car from Nico in the past year. They were also very pleased. Klc is a very reputable auto dealership that you can depend on.

I bought a car for my daughter at this wonderful family run business. As a mom doing this on my own for the first time, I was so pleasantly surprised and grateful to work with such top notch people. Nico, Zach and Fran Connor are the best! They worked with me on price, assured me everything I was buying was exactly what I got.... a great car for my daughter. They made the process so easy and were so very accommodating in every way. If I had questions, they were right there to help me and answer anything I needed to know. I wish I had known about this dealership when my older girls were looking for their cars. Fortunately, my son will be driving in a few years and these are the people I will do business with no question. They were all AMAZING!!

If you’re looking to buy your dream car KLC auto is the place to go! This was my first time buying a car and they made it a breeze. I worked with Zack on buying my Jeep Wrangler and he went through leaps and bounds to make that happen for me. He not only made sure the car was in perfect condition and exactly what I wanted, he continued to check in after I bought the car and helped me out with whatever I needed!! Above and beyond is an understatement. I would absolutely recommend KLC auto a hundred times over! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will go there for every car I purchase!

Amazing dealership. I met with Nico and explained to him exactly what I was looking for and he showed me a 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500 they had in stock. It was perfect and what I wanted so I went ahead and bought the truck. Nico and the staff at KLC Auto are nothing short of professional and hardworking. They sold it to me at a great price and was well within my budget. I will absolutely be buying more vehicles from them in the future and pointing everyone in their direction!

Couldn't say enough nice things about KLC. As a young adult I didn't have much experience buying a car by myself. I was in a tough spot and needed a car as quick as possible. Nico worked with me very diligently and got me in a car that I appreciate greatly. Other places seemed like I was gonna get swindled but KLC made the experience of buying a car quick, easy, and honest.
