Western Mass Compounding Center

I've used several other compounding pharmacies in the past for my pets' medications but Western Mass Compounding Center is now my go to... helpful, professional, and the ability to either pick up or receive medications by mail. I've consistently had good experiences using Western Mass Compounding.

The meds that my 14 year old chihuahua takes for a heart problem and pain are so helpful! The meds are rubbed into his ear so if he is not eating well, he can still get these meds that are so vital to his well-being. The staff is wonderful and have gone out of their way to help Charlie and I. Thanks Western Mass Compounding; you are the best!

I recommend Western Mass Compounding for transdermal (med applied on the inner ear) medicines. They have been very helpful to me in the past. Cisipride is a nasty-tasting medicine, and the transdermal was a blessing. It kept my old girl with megacolon alive for years, together with Lactulose.

Ridiculously expensive and slow. I can't wait until the Amherst pharmacy is back to compounding. In the meantime I found a compounding pharmacy in Vernon CT and was able to get 3xs the amount and paid $10 less!! They're also stronger so despite the drive I'll be going there for the moment.

Wife went to see doctor today. I get a phone call asking for her in regards to her prescription. I asked them to hold on a second to give my wife the phone. They hung up on me. Very rude. Won't be dealing with them again. Massholes are real.

The absolute WORST customer service. Refused to transfer script to another pharmacy. Script not ready when picked up AFTER I paid up front. 10 mins waiting for them to "check their math". Should that not have been done by the time the client pu the meds????

The establishment was very expensive
