Very friendly, easy going place to get your car repaired. My tailgate got damaged and had minor damage to it. Asked the first place I went to to give me an estimate on how much to just bang the damage out. They wanted to replace the tailgate. No way! Went here to ask the same thing and it was repaired for under $100. It's not perfect but it doesn't need to be. Always had good experiences here. Brought my daughters car here too and they did a very nice job and made my daughter's experience with dealing with something like this very relaxing for her. Highly recommend Western Mass Collision.

Andre the owner was very professional and Nancy his sister were very helpful and both were very friendly, my car was brought in for Vandalism repairs by my insurance and my bumper needed paint due to spider cracks in my paint however, I could not afford for that repair and they surprised me when I arrived! My bumper was fully painted and my car looks it's greatest now! May God bless this collision shop and all their family a true blessing! You guys are amazing keep up the amazing work🙏🏼 I recommend this shop to anyone for any service needed to their vehicle, they show great pride in their work and sure live up to their model known for Quality and they sure have proven that to me. Andre has the best body shop I have every worked with. I have been in the automotive industry for over 20 years and have worked with quite a few shops, the team he has put together here are the best. Very attentive, outstanding quality control. They fix every car like it we're their own personal vehicle. A+++. can't speak highly enough about the.!

I originally chose to bring my 2002 Honda Civic to Western Mass Collision because they are conveniently located near my work. After seeing how fantastic my new hood looks, I am very glad I did! The color is the perfect shade of blue, it's well matched to the surrounding fenders and bumper, and it's polished to a brilliant shine. They even gave my car a much-needed interior vacuuming.

I've never needed body work done before, and I was anxious about the process. However, Nancy and Andre were helpful, fast, and incredibly friendly. I dropped my car off on a Sunday night and it was ready Tuesday evening. If I ever need body work again, I wouldn't dream of taking my car anywhere except Western Mass Collision. It was in very good hands!

This is the only place I trust working on my vehicle. Twice I had to use them for body work, and they always made it look brand new! Nancy and Andre are great, and I would not go anywhere else:)

I've brought 2 different cars here and the service is great. The women at the front are super friendly and the mechanics are honest and upfront. Also, they cleaned my car for me before returning, and were great about working with my insurance in a timely fashion.

Andre is great. His team is super knowledgeable and their attention to detail is second to none. I am a repeat customer (not my fault) and I trust them for all of my auto collision needs. You can't get any better service or results than Western Mass Collision.

I would 100 percent reccomend this place to anyone who needs any sort of auto body repair. They are amazing people with compassion and understanding. Not only are they there for their customers but they do amazing work.. i feel confident leaving my car with them.

They're amazing over here, the front staff (Nancy) is so easy to talk to and great at communicating with you. Andre does great work, I will continue to bring my vehicles back for any work I need done!

I just was hit from the side/rear in my 90 Honda Crx Si. I have spent over 5000 of my own money to fully restore this car, all the way from a fully rebuilt sunroof, to a motor swap, to racing wheels, to a custom paint job where the paint alone was 600 dollars a gallon. I did not have access to the paint codes sadly, and was very nervous about the paint matching. It is a custom blue, with a slight pearlescent effect AND sparkle. I just picked my car up yesterday and DAM!! IT LOOKS BETTER THAN BEFORE I WAS HIT!! I have studied the paint color really closely in direct sunlight, and I cannot even see a paint line where the paint they mixed meets up with the paint I bought 5 years ago! I called Andre out from the back to thank him a thousand times. He even gave me the paint code so if I ever need it in the future for touchup I have it. He is the most understanding guy in the world and really, really listens to your concerns. A+++++ I would recommend this to anyone, regardless of your car, be it a brand new Ferrari, or a custom chevy nova. He will get it right. And the staff there is really friendly too. 5 stars! I am bringing all of my body work there from now on.
