Oak Street Baptist Church

Pastor and the congregation have been very supportive of all of our needs the past couple of years, particularly health needs. Pastor Tim goes above and beyond what many Pastors in the past have not done. He visits/ checks on all ill members. He is well known at the hospital to visit many individuals, even those not members of our congregation. Our church is open of all who wish to worship the Lord and follow Bible teachings. We have helped many church members/visitors with all kinds of needs, from food to clothing to transportation and auto repair, to name a few. Our Deacons are also available for any spiritual needs. If you are looking for a good Bible teaching church, please consider us.

I have been attending Oak Street Baptist about four years now. I can honestly say it is the most loving, caring, friendly, God honoring church I have ever been in. Pastor Jerry's preaching is right on Bible. Truly, I have never heard anyone back biting or gossiping, which is how it should be, but very seldom is.
I am about to move to another state and my church family is the only thing I am going to miss about the desert. If you are looking for a new church full of God's Spirit, this is the church for you.

The Pastor invited his brother country star Wade Hammond to sing gospel songs had a Joyable time until it was over and out of the audience a man stood up and raising his voice to all of us insisting we give more donations then what we already gave putting alot of people who on a budget digging up extra money we really didn't have
