I LOVE Nutrition First! The first time I went it was a little intimidating with all the options and flavors, but the staff was so friendly and helpful! Their shakes offer a healthy alternative for breakfast or lunch, and the teas give you a great boost to get thru your day. I go regularly now and I always look forward to getting something delicious and healthy. Try this place, you won't be sorry!

Great place with a huge selection, awesome healthy option when you need a quick meal replacement or alternative to unhealthy fast food. My kids love it too, there's plenty of flavors for kids and adults alike. Not all the flavors match up perfectly to their descriptions but they're still very good for what you get! Staff is always friendly and helpful! Prices may seem a little bit high initially but you get what you pay for, quality ingredients!

Nutrition First has been my home away from home for the last 4 years! I never stop going there and they have the best shakes and teas! Highly recommended :)

This place has THE best snacks! They are absolutely amazing and high in protein and made locally. I love grabbing a few when I run in for a boosted tea or shake. They are the highlight of my day and I highly recommend them.

Found this place over the weekend while searching for protein shakes in town (Agawam), looking for a local business that provides the same quality and flavor I recently found at a nutrition shop in WIlbraham. The selection of protein shakes is extensive and the taste, quality, and size will have me coming back for more; the apple pie protein shake was both delicious and substantive. The staff members there were super friendly and helpful when I engaged them in recommendations for what I was looking for, very happy with the experience. I will be spreading the word now that I know, and highly recommend this business, you will not be disappointed! Hitting the place again this afternoon, it will easily be at least a thrice weekly routine on my schedule now.

I just visited Nutrition First for the first time. It was amazing! I ordered the Chocolate Peanut Butter smoothie. The selection of smoothies and teas is incredible. I can't wait to go back and try more. The owner (I think it was the owner) was incredible friendly!!

This place is amazing. I absolutely love their smoothies. The place is always spotless, and smells good. THe staff are super kind and good at what they do. Nutrition facts are posted on their website. Definitely my new favorite spot.

Amazing service. Incredible Teas and Smoothies. Very friendly staff. And Michelle(owner) was extremely hospitable and professional. I highly reccommend this spot for your morning pick me up or after work lift.

I’ve been here a few times, the owner is great! She’s super helpful when you don’t know what to get, the smoothies are delicious, Cinnamon Toast Crunch is my favvv! If you haven’t , definitely go check this place out 🙂
