Just purchased a grand Cherokee from dealer. I thought josh was very professional and down to earth. He was very thorough through out process and was done in a timely manner. Car was cleaned and paperwork was done quickly. And there was gas in vehicle. When we departed. I was very pleased. Took a good look at their service department. Very clean and organized a very good sign. Also there were mechanics working in shop which I found over the years. These smaller dealers may only have one mechanic and works part time not good at all! This was not the case here very professional and organized like you may find at large car dealerships.

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD, EVER! I can't recommend this place enough. I inquired about a vehicle, got a prompt response, and was able to set up a test drive right away. I live 2 hours away and was very impressed with the communication throughout the process. I had my test drive on Saturday, had to come back to VT to do paperwork with my bank on Monday and they were available to speak with throughout the loan process as well. I went back on Tuesday to sign paperwork and pick up the vehicle and the process was smooth and relaxed. I've had experiences where the salesmen were pushy and this was not the case here. They offered extra warranties and when I decided to stick with what came included they did not push to try to sell the upgrade. Joshua was without a doubt the best salesman I have ever interacted with! Thank you for a great car buying experience!

I picked up my 2014 Acura from Union Street today and am super satisfied with both the car and the service provided. Since I am a from Sweden and unfamiliar with all the admin and bureaucracy involved in buying a car in the US, I was insecure about the whole process. Josh and Charles really went the extra mile and took care of everything for me! I came in on Tuesday and 48 hours later they had served the car, fixed registration and inspection. They even helped out with insurance. And through the whole process they always were quick to respond to my questions and gave clear and trustworthy answers.

Purchased Vehicle and had a great experience Charles and Josh were very helpful they also have a mechanic in shop that makes sure all vehicles are up to date on service intervals I would definitely recommend others to shop here as well.

We purchased a used 2013 GMC Yukon Denali from Union Street and cannot be more pleased. We named her BIG Betty White!

Both Charles and Josh were wonderful throughout the process. The pricing was very fair, and they fixed literally everything on the vehicle before pick up - from new tires to suspension issues and made the maintenance current. They also did all the run-around to get insurance, registry stuff done. The vehicle is spotless!

We have decided that Union Street Auto is our new used-car dealers, and mechanics. I would recommend them to anyone!

Charles and Josh bent over backwards to get me in a vehicle. These two are real people who definitely want to get everyone into a safe and solid vehicle without all the runaround and hoops to jump through. I am extremely pleased with the Audi I purchased last week. It's a great car mechanically, and even though it's 6 years old I have gotten several compliments from people who have told me it looks new. Charles and Josh have an eye for great used vehicles. Both were very easy to work with and it was an overall pleasant experience.

My wife and father-law went to check out the car as the car was really for her dad. They both were happy with the negotiation as Joshua was very reasonable on the price of their vehicle and our trade in. After looking for over a year and many heartbreaks while shopping for a new car, I was relieved to find the perfect car for myself here. Other places I looked at took a long time to respond and they never explained anything to me. This place is different from any other auto business, the owners care about their customers and make sure everything is good to go. I got my car in a few days from test drive to driving it off the lot. Charles explained everything to me and made the process so easy. He made sure I got the best price for my car and once I received the car, he went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. Found their prices to be competitive and cars well maintained even at high mileage. They stuck with me through every step of the process and were very responsive, even taking my car to a service center for a pre-purchase inspection. During the 30-day warranty period required by MA one of the solenoids on my new car had an issue and they repaired it and a couple extra items without charging me labor on the extra tweaks not covered under the warranty, which was really appreciated.
