If I could give 10 stars I would! From the very first phone call with Ian they were responsive and professional. I had 2 toilets replaced today and they look and work perfect! Pricing reasonable and kept to their quote. The tech, Andrew, was courteous, professional and answered all my questions. Highly recommend this business!

Very professional installation of a new sump pump, removal of old battery non functioning system, and cleaning/storing old pump to serve as a backup.

We shopped around before deciding we wanted to go with Davis Plumbing to do both minor repair work in our basement and then a larger project of adding additional forced hot water heating to our basement. At every step of the way, the employees were prompt and courteous. They showed up exactly when they said they would and completed the work in 1.5 days. They also left the area clean and free of debris. My wife and I were very happy with their services and communication. We will hire them again for future plumbing needs.

The most responsive plumbers I’ve ever hired who are not only professionals but personable and nice human beings. The work was accomplished with obvious competence and in a timely window of time. Evan, Jack and Luke fixed the problems in my old house leaving no doubt that for a fair price Davis is the company to call.

Had emergency with a sump pump. Tim was great. Came out same day and everything is fine now.

My washing machine was pouring water onto the floor. Two very pleasant and competent Davis plumbers came out to work on the problem. When the leaking happened again, Scott Davis himself came out to locate the problem, suggested the corrections to the original fellows. When they came back, they very diligently and tenaciously worked on it and corrected it.
Davis has been handling all my plumbing issues (including some big ones when I did a big remodeling) and I have always been impressed by their professionalism, skills, patience, and friendliness.

Luke was prompt, professional and an all around nice guy. He worked so hard to get the job done with a minimal amount of damage to the walls and succeeded. Great job and I’m a very happy customer!

Could not have been happier today. Call promptly answered by a friendly, empathetic agent who relayed the hot water tank issue to the service team. Received a call back very shortly from Ian who listened to the problems I was having
with tank...which soon became worse(water gushing from tank)...and he dispatched Tim...who was at my house in less than 30 minutes. Tim diagnosed problem, took his time answering my questions, got me a quote in real time, and scheduled the job to be done first thing the next morning...which included getting an electrician on the scene. Grateful for this lightning fast service, 2 days before a holiday...and not having to be without hot water for more than half a day. HIGHLY Recommend Davis Plumbing and Heating. Thanks Guys!

Jack and Luke were responsive to my concerns of having no heat or hot water in my home. They were going to install a new water heater because they thought that was the problem.There had been a flood in my basement. Instead of installing the new heater they checked and saw that the pilot light was off and checked to see if there were any leaks in the system. They were completely honest and being on a fixed income it was a relief that I didn’t have to pay for a new water heater. They had the expertise for solving the problem quickly . Thank you Davis Plumbing for hiring these outstanding employees!

Great service! A few leaks popped up in new house and Davis was able to send someone the same day! Great work and reasonable pricing!

The guys were so nice. They took care with home and consistently wiped their feet from the snow and even gave a little love to our dogs. Would definitely recommend.
