Hampden Probate and Family Court

The staff at this court have been very, very helpful to me during some very difficult times.

One employee, Hien, was especially helpful when I called to ask questions about a matter before the court. He provided me the best information he had at hand. A few minutes later, he called me back to provide clarification about my questions because he found more information. Imagine that! That's excellent customer service!

The women in the adoption department did an amazing job helping me. She took my case and did everything she could to help me and was able to give me the resources I needed in order to get my adoptive birth records. She was very professional and extremely fast with her response time. I am very appreciative.

Went in for jury duty and everyone working there were friendly and professional and helpful in every way. The place was very clean and organized. I got there a half hour early to get parking and find my way inside which was good because the line to get in was slow and long. But all in all it was a very good experience.

Lady that answers phone is rude and unprofessional argued with me about my case then asked for my docket number after the issue 🤦‍♂

Rating with one star because no stars is not a choice. Individual I spoke with very rude and unwilling to help. I wish their website was more helpful it would have made dealing with her unessisary.
