I don't know how to express how greatful I am to Paul. The big company told me I need a whole new furnace which would cost 10k to 15k but Paul told me that we didn't need a new furnace. He was very affordable. They both were very friendly. Such positive personalities. I would recommend him to anybody looking for some work to be done.

Paul not only replaced our cracked boiler, but he identified some improvements that could be made with the plumbing that got a radiator to pump heat after 40 years of sitting cold. He is knowledgeable, hard working, affordable, and honest. Great with old houses!

We just needed someone to hook up our gas line to the dryer, not a big job, but an important one that Paul made quick work of. He likes to talk a lot. 5/5 for the quick and professional work. Definitely keeping him on the short list.

Paul was wonderful! Even thought I called after hours, he said he would be here the next morning. He showed up as expected. He gave me my options and worked with what was important to me. In only a few hours, I had a new water heater that works beautifully. I was so surprised and delighted when he also removed the old one. He also fixed the old connections that he felt needed to be more secure. I would recommend Paul all day long.

I had a plumbing emergency after another HVAC company messed up a hot water tank replacement, and Paul was at my house within a couple hours with everything he needed to fix it on the spot. Our furnace stopped working on a Thursday morning, and we desperately started calling HVAC specialists. We had already arranged somebody to come on Monday but we decided to call Vona as well and to our surprise and delight they fit us in the same day we made the call (we called on Friday). Paul was very responsive and professional, explained the situation clearly and the price was very reasonable. 100% would recommend and we will repeat if necessary (fingers crossed lol)

Discovering a major leak in the house in the middle of the night can cause a great deal of anxiety and worry. That was my case recently, when an expansion tank and boiler began spewing water at an alarming rate.

I was able to contain the leaks and then began calling so-called 24/7 plumbing companies. None were able to help, at least not in my case. The one that did send a technician was only able to assess the situation and give a quote for the work, but an appointment needed to be made. This was an emergency, so it would not do.

I finally contacted a local company, Vona Plumbing, and spoke to Paul. He assured me he could be at my home early in the morning. Not only was he able to take care of the immediate problem, but he also corrected other issues that could potentially lead to future leaks. The water heater was also at the end of its life cycle, so rather than wait for another emergency, I asked Paul if he would be able to replace it as well. He did so a few days later, and he did a great job too! I will definitely be using his services in the future.

Professional, responsive and knowledgeable! We called last minute for an issue with the washer. Sent pics and we were given a solution and an appointment for repair. Repair cost was fair and reasonable.

I live in a house that was built 100 years ago. When we noticed a leak in our bathroom, we were sure it was going to require ripping open the wall and cost us thousands. Paul came to my house did some work put in a toilet some pipes did excellent work very professional. I like the guys are personality. Any questions to answer professional at all times I recommend Paul to do other peoples work. I would definitely use him again.
