I never really thought about getting a pedicure until my wife took me to this spa for my birthday. In my job I am on my feet at least 8 hours a day and so it was very relaxing to sit back and give my feet a break.
After my excellent pedicure, neck and shoulder massage, I felt serene.

Best nail shop in town! Clean and inviting. Everyone does beautiful work.

I was very pleased with the service and felt very relaxed and comfortable during my manicure. I also received a massage shoulder's, back, and neck it was about 10mins. Well worth the $45 plus tip.

I absolutely love this place, Tim, Lyn and Amy to name a few are the absolute best! They take my fun nail pictures from pinterest and do the best job! They also treat my 11 year old just as well as they treat me, pamper her and make sure her nails are exactly what she wants. I'd give them 10 stars if I could! Love love love them

I have been to Serenity nails many times. I have read all of the reviews. I have been to a lot of nail salons, and one thing I can say about this place is, its NOT dirty at all. They keep up on the times and always knows how to do the latest nail treatments and up to date polish. Everyone is nice and accommodating. Priced a little high - but you get what you pay for. Definitely recommend this salon.

I have been a customer @Serenity Nails for almost 2 years and have always received great service. It's very clean and the staff has always been very friendly. I would highly recommend Serenity nails... in addition I feel they will make you feel like your time is valuable by not over booking scheduled appointments.

The owner Julie is great, friendly and professional. She makes you feel very welcome and provides excellent service. She is my go to girl for some stress relief. She’s stays current w new products and techniques. She creates along w her staff a positive upbeat energy that I’ve found nowhere else. This place is a little bit of heaven from the moment you walk in to the time you leave, you are relaxed and never rushed. She doesn’t over book or make you wait for hours. If you haven’t been you missing out!!

I had been going to another salon in agawam and was having problems with my polish staying on. When I switched to Serenity my problem was gone because Lyn took the time to buy and adhesive polish that she puts on my nails. As far as this salon being clean I see them wipe down all their equipment, sweep and wash floor everytime I am in there. Kim is awesome but so aren’t all of them. Never had a problem with anyone there. Awesome salon.

Appointments are kept in a timely fashion and Julie does great nail art. Everybody is really nice and very friendly. The salon is peaceful. The deluxe pedicure is awesome and it comes with a shoulder massage at the end, very relaxing.

Always a great appointment at Serenity. Lyn and her staff take care of their clients. I make appointments and barely ever have to wait. They are kind, make sure you are happy before you leave.

I was looking for a local nail salon that's clean and gives fantastic pedicures and I found it! Someone recommended this salon to me and their work is beyond anything I've seen. The designs and the length of time my nails last is amazing.

This family owned salon is beautiful, relaxing, clean, and professional. I've never had better service and even left a salon I was loyal to for 10 years to bring my business here. You will leave happy and well cared for.

Great salon. Clean and friendly staff. They also don't give away free services to dumb mean people who lose their gift certificates.

Did a wonderful job on my acrylic fill. Affordable and detail oriented. My new go to nail salon for sure.
