The man you runs the store is very friendly and helpful. I only came to get a standard frame, and they had a lot of selection. They clearly do a lot of custom work as well.

This is my favorite place to frame very important pics and maps. Very professional and everything is done right the first time. A bit pricey, but you get what you paid for. Lifetime warranty on all their frames.

Nick is a pleasure to work with. He went out of his way to accommodate me. I highly recommend having him take care of any framing needs.

I don't generally write reviews on places, but I felt it necessary to share my opinions here. Also, let it be known I am only giving two stars because of the amazing employee you have in at this location who helped me through the whole process.

I brought in two pieces of art I had purchased, having heard that this custom framing shop would be a bit more expensive, but well worth the money to have my pieces framed. I went in before Christmas and left my pieces there for 5-6 weeks, assuming that would be enough time to get the framing correct, but when I picked them up, the canvas looked like it was sitting in the bottom of the floating frame. There was no gap on the bottom, and a gap on the top I could fit my finger in. Not to mention it was actually screwed into the frame like this. I was displeased so I asked who was the employee that did this, and I was told it was the manager, who supposedly has 6 years of experience, that did such an unacceptable job.

The employee who helped me pick my frames happened to be there when I picked them up-thank god!! She not only had to take apart the backing of the frame and reset my canvas (that was screwed AND taped in), but she also had to re-wrap the hanging wire for both pieces, due to how terrible they were. They had already poked into the backing and torn a hole in it.

Will likely not return. I appreciate the one employee I've seen working in this store though, she said she has less than a year of experience, but looking at the quality difference between what she did and what her manager did, she could have fooled me.

I visited this store today with two prints I bought at an antique show. I found two ready made frames which were reasonably priced at $25 each. The prints came with an existing ma which was slightly too big for the frames. I asked the clerk if he would cut the mats to fit the frames. He said it was the store's policy not to cut mats they didn't supply. This struck me as a non-customer friendly policy. It would have taken him less than two minutes to cut the mats and I would have left a satisfied customer. I declined to buy the frames and will likely never return.

I have been doing needlepoint for 40 plus years. I use stretcher bars and basketweave to keep it from being distorted. My daughter picked it up for me and she even pointed out the white canvas showing and the stitches not aligned and the person said it was the way it was stitched. It was not blocked properly. I will be contacting them but I have little faith it will be done properly as I can tell it was not done by a professional. My years of having needlepoints framed perfectly is jarred from this experience. I would not feel comfortable bring any future framing in.
