Jack Chen II Restaurant (Springfield)

Love the food and love the people always, it was close to closing time and they let us sit and enjoy our meal. Amazing portions for the price! Best Chinese food around compared to Wong Wok and Little Panda👍🏻

This is the only Chinese restaurant I go to now. The food is good, the delivery is fast, and being able to order online is easy.

Quality fast Chinese food, I've been told 40 minute wait for delivery, just to get my food fresh and piping hot in 15 minutes (granted I live up the street but still) I've never had a bad dish here as it always tastes fresh. Worth a try if you're on the fence.

This is my go-to place for Chinese food. I live close by, I like the family that runs the place as they've always been kind to me and always positive as well. I like the sesame chicken with the house mustard!

Never had a issue with them, food excellent, and there kitchen stays clean. I was ordering one day and to head chefs, that run there own kitchen in French cuisine, said. I love your food and your kitchen is always very well kept.

I used to love Jack Chen II when it first opened up years ago, but it seemed like as the years went by, so did the passion for serving good quality food. 😔 I ordered a pu pu platter from here the day because my normal Chinese spot is on vacation and EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! No burnt ribs, everything was freshly fried, the rice had good texture and flavor! Idk what yah doing differently Jack Chen II but keep it going! 👍👍

Way better compared to the East longmeadow jack Chen when it comes to the rice and boneless spare ribs . The rice from the East longmeadow restaurant leaves an unpleasant after taste

Wonderful people. Food is absolutely delicious. I've been going here for almost 10 years and I couldn't ask for more. They are always busy with delivery orders because the food is on point.

Girl on phone was careful with my address and wanted to make sure it was correct, shes nice and the delivery dude was nice fasho, delivery was quick and food is cheaper than how it should actually be underrated place tbh

Our go to for Chinese food in Springfield. Always fast and delicious, whether you stop im or get delivery. I recommend the Szechuan Tofu, General Tso chicken, Crab rangoon, and any of the Lo Mein. The website is super easy to navigate for online orders and the portions are huge. Everyone is really friendly.

I started ordering from here recently (after getting a flyer in the mail). My husband and I loved it. We no longer eat greasy Chinese food from Wong Wok.
