Mr. Caravella listened to what I wanted and with his years of experience, made a lovely custom frame and mat for a reward my husband received. He was a pleasure to work with and a true craftsman. This was one of my favorite stops in Essex. Unlike most of the antique stores around the area this place has truely valuable antiques. There are very interesting things like old maps that go back centuries and the owner is a real wealth of knowledge. He's travelled the world and has so many interesting stories. He also frames and restores old pictures. This is truly a hidden gem.
