Frankie & Johnnie's Pizza

Real pizza here like back in my home town Brooklyn ! Service is great and now they are my favorite Italian place.

I've been going here since I was old enough to eat solid foods. My family lived around the corner when I was a kid. Great food at very reasonable prices. Food and quality have literally been consistent for over 30 years.

Frankie &Johnnie's is absolutely the best! The food is great , the staff is absolutely awesome and the ice-cream shop is a perfect end to a quick meal. Today, I chose fish n chips, absolutely delicious, and the portions ate the best around.
And for sports fans ... there's always a game on the screen!

Fantastic as usual. Since I've been a child, they've rarely disappointed me.

Frankie & Johnnie's provided pizza for a party of 70, mostly high school students. Ordered the day before, they knew exactly how much I should get and had it ready right on time. The pizza and the huge garden salads were delicious. I highly recommend them whether it's pizza or grinders just for you or for teen banquet.

The food was excellent, all of the food was cooked and seasoned perfectly!! The blues mudic that Steve Roy was playing was great!!! Also the overall atmosphere of being on the water, the music, and good food was overall the best!!

Frankie and Johnny never disappoints me I’ve been going to them for years and I live locally in the area. Whether it’s pick up or delivery the staff is always friendly! especially their delivery team I’ve grown to know about two or three of the guys who constantly do the deliveries and they’re always very polite the building I live and can be confusing for access but they always locate it efficiently and they’re always right on time. i’ like that I can give them specific instructions and they always follow through! Whether I say well done, extra sauce or whatever it Is...it’s always executed perfectly thank you.

This is the best grinder spot in Western Mass in my opinion. Really fairly priced and the people that work there are great. Always recommend to my friends when they are nearby and looking for some takeout.

I’ve been to Frankie and Johnnie’s for a couple years and they’ve never let me down, their pizza is amazing and their grinders too, they’re great for ice cream too if you’re into that sort of thing. I wish they served slushees too but that’s alright.
Honestly if your in the area and are hankering for a steak and cheese grinder, this is the place.

We got a pep with hamburger. Crust was crispy but soft and doughy inside. Not too much sauce and just enough cheese. The wings were pretty good too!

Ok, maybe this place doesn't really deserve 5 stars, but the pizza and calzones are definitely 5-star worthy. I love the sauce and crust. Really the best pizza around, in my opinion, except maybe Capri in Holyoke. Pizzas are big - a medium is like large anywhere else. A large gets you two pizzas. Calzones are also big and delicious. Not a huge fan of their grinders - they aren't bad, but the bread just isn't amazing. Salads are a bit underwhelming. I haven't tried any of their pasta or entree-type dishes.

Employees are great; the sort of people that learn your name and greet you with it if you eat there a lot. The ambiance is a bit lacking. Pre-covid they had a bunch of tables and a TV that mostly plays sports. Now (2022) there aren't really tables, although the TV is still there, so it's pretty much just a takeout spot now. Delivery is super fast too, although I live like half a mile away, so maybe that's why. I also like that they're using the Slice app now for online ordering, which is super convenient.

Overall I highly recommend it for pizza and calzones!

I love Frankie & Johnnie's! I order from them at least once a week, typically on a Sunday. The personal size margarita pizza is my favorite, not sure why it's called a personal size, because it's at least two meals for me! My second favorite is the spaghetti and meatballs, again at least 2 meals for me.

The staff that takes my order is always friendly and helpful. Their delivery team is outstanding, always kind, "how are you doing?", "Have a great evening". It's the only place I call for any delivery!

My family grew up eating Frankie and Johnny's Pizza when I was a kid, back in the '70s and '80s. My family has all moved away. I live in the area so when I do pass through Springfield around the island pond road area I try to stop at Frankie and Johnny's and pick up a pie just for old times sake and they're still great pizza! They make me happy, it helps bring back good memories. My husband and I love to go to places we grew up at and share the memories with each other and I remember bringing him there a few times and talking about all the good old days having pizza and playing cards when I was a kid thanks Frankie and Johnny's for all those good memories.

Best pepperoni pizza in western mass. Mediums are bigger than normal large pizzas in other shops. Been a Friday tradition since kids were born in 2004.

Frankie &Johnnie's is an institution! It has been serving really good pizzas, grinders and meal ( well, the meals are adequate) for years.
They added an ice cream shop several years ago. The ice cream is delish and the portions very generous.
The staff is wonderful.

Living in the 16 acres area for a little over 6 months i could not find a good pizza place. Then I discovered franky and Johnnie's! You cant get any better in the area! Also, the delivery drivers are seriously some of the nicest people I've ever met!!! Hats off to you guys!!
