Strongly recommand not to go here for your business. I had a exact same problem as the previous reviewer. I bought Saturn, which made aweful noise when I drove over 50 mph. went back to the dealer three times, told that either it got fixed or it was a normal noise. It was very very stressfuly 30days going back and forth that place again and again. Bottom line : the problem never got fixed. Just do not go here.

Take your hard earned money elsewhere!! Purchased a vehicle from them and was told that the title was sent to the auction house due to the vehicle not selling, and that it would be mailed to me. Not only was it not mailed to me, but here I am 3 weeks later with a Toyota paperweight that’s got a shot wheel bearing, and a leaking trunk. They’ve given me the ringer for weeks and the “oh let me check if it’s in” too many times to count. When I first contacted them on Marketplace, I asked if they had a CLEAN TITLE IN HAND. Not only am I now finding out it’s a SALVAGE car, I still don’t have that “in hand” title. You can’t even sell a vehicle in Mass as a dealer without a title. Shame on me for being so naïve to accept what they said at face value. They’ll dodge your calls, they’ll ignore you, and honestly, you’ll just lose your money. Take it elsewhere. 10/10 would NOT recommend. These guys shouldn’t have a dealer license. Reported them to the BBB, hoping it goes somewhere.

This business claims to be founded on trust integrity and respect, wish I had read the reviews I am seeing now prior to doing business here. I have had the same problems I have seen in several reviews over several sites, my mechanic suggested several issues with the vehicle I was intending to purchase. I was assured that all o these issues would be resolved if I purchased the vehicle. One of these issue was it needed a brake job. I was assured this was done. However, the brakes continued to squeak for a couple weeks so I brought the vehicle back, they kept it for a couple days and said the brakes were checked, they were fine, and they were squeaking because of new pads. Well, I brought it for its first oil change, and asked my mechanic to check out the brakes, since they were still making noise, to find out the front pass were so worn the rotors were destroyed, and the back brakes were toast as well. $600 later, Westfield auto mall still clad they took care of the brakes, and show no concern for the fact that they jeopardized my safety and that of my wife and children, or the fact that I had to pay out $600 for something they were supposed to take care of. And now my mechanic has discovered a power steering leak as well. No integrity, never felt respected? And will never trust them again, neither should anyone else.

i bought a 2005 avalanche after 2 month breake rotor done front and rear....... got a flat tired and relaize that the spare tired is stock doesn't open and now the last so far engine check light on because of the code P0449 evaporative emission canister valve solenoid........
what can i say just stay away! do your self a favor. PLEASE

Very bad purchased a vehicle 3 weeks ago and was told they whould mail me the title next day and still nothing. Now they wont return my calls or texts repoting them to the BBB

went with a friend to purchase a car. Still no title over a month later. Poor customer service or scammers

Total scam, terrible service ! I lost all of my money and the car !
