Walgreens Pharmacy

I KNOW you guys and Gals are doing the, 'BEST" you can, with the few employees you have now! I just wish that people would understand that it isn't YOUR FAULT, as Corporate is doing the "BEST", they can to get more employees!!! SO, GIVE EM' A BREAK!!!

Prompt service. Never had an issue with meds , customer service, or notification system in the 3 years I have lived here and used the pharmacy.

It's a pharmacy inside of Walgreens.

Always have to wait in line not enough help

They are probably understaffed which is management's fault but still: Long waits, almost impossible to get on the phone and the website doesn't work for renewing prescriptions. And they all have lunch at the same time so they literally close for half an hour in the middle of the day. You do know that most businesses take meal breaks in shifts, right?

I would give them a negative 5 stars if possible. The lines are constantly 30 minutes plus wait. Phones are at minimum 1.5hrs to get through to a person. The employees are beyond rude. They shouldn't be giving out tests or vaccines. When they can't be officiant or help people with their prescriptions. Which should be top priority. Literally the worst experience every month.

I understand they’re short staffed and pharmacies in general are having staffing issues but this has gotten out of hand. After being out of one of my medications for a week with no word on when it’ll be ready, I asked my doctor to send it to another pharmacy. Walgreens had already run it through my insurance despite not filling it so I had to use GoodRX instead of my insurance. I didn’t cancel it here and a week later I still had no word on it. I’m lucky it’s not one of my medications that majorly impacts me if I miss it for a week and that I could get it elsewhere! During that time a few others were sent in and none of them were being filled and I wasn’t given a time frame for when they would be. I ended up cancelling all of my prescriptions and sending them elsewhere, which is a major inconvenience as I can’t drive.

Their phone system is also terrible. More often than not I’ll be on hold for an hour or more. Multiple times I’ve gotten to the point where it’ll say there’s one caller ahead of me, then it’ll stop saying there’s anyone ahead of me but nobody will pick up and it’ll hang up on me when I’ve gotten to the two hour mark. The first time this happened it prompted me fill out a survey rating my satisfaction with the help I never received before it hung up on me.

Miserable experience just keeps getting worse! Fed up with the poor service I transfered all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Today I was told that WALGREENS has refused to transfer prescriptions!
The mess that Walgreens has created will take months to clean up.
I wouldn't go to Walgreens for anything. Good customer service isn't their policy.

My experience with them has been terrible.they just can't get it together.wallgreens couldn't mess up my prescriptions any worse than they are.
They've dropped the ball big time.

The worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Waited in line for almost an hour while no one helped us and then we got skipped by the covid vaccine line. I will never go to this pharmacy again.

Was on hold so long couldn't fill my prescription bc my phone died one of the slowest pharmacy's iv ever had to use
