EMPIRE PIZZA

I had Empire deliver to my team a large order of about 34 orders and I needed the order to come earlier than initially ordered. They were able to get it to me much earlier than intended, everything was hot, fresh and delicious. Thank you Empire!!!!

They know me i always order and they have like 3 different locations of mine and my number , food is great but a bit pricey , only had one incident with them but other then that i been buying from them 5 years and still is , thank you empire

I believe it's only pick up or delivery but I love their pizza. I haven't tasted a better pizza in Springfield.

Not sure about the previous negative reviews but they are always nice and professional to me when I come into town for New York. Great pizza and always on time. Highly recommended.

Growing up around corner from this place wen it was Family Pizza , Jerry, the old owner would make me Laponese pizza hahahaha his way saying Lebonese , it was just combo with anchovies mmmkm good, but left area for long time come back Empire ther , so just to say ,im very happy they took over , all food is up to my expectations AND dessert ,prices VERY GOOD

Not only is the food great, but the service is also on par.

I don’t care what anyone says or how many bad reviews there are because every time I order food from here it’s fresh and amazing. Me & my boyfriend order the chicken stir fry & shrimp scampi dinner and every single time it comes out so good we can’t stop eating it. The prices are also very reasonable for the amount of food they give you. I’ve never tried a ton of stuff from here so I’m not sure about the pizza or anything else but I have zero complaints about the dinners & will continue to order here.

I'm constantly ordering from this place because the food is always excellent and the staff has always been friendly. The salads are second to none when it comes to ordering delivery. Always fresh and always great portions. The wings are amazing! The delivery time is slightly delayed sometimes because they're so busy, but man, do they rush to get you your food. I'm definitely going to continue ordering from Empire Pizza for my daily lunch!

Ordered a bacon burger n fries and a cheese slice for my daughter!! The lady who took my order was nice ima assume its the way you talk to them!! Long story short my order arrived on time with time to spare lol hot and good!! Tipped the driver he was at the door waiting with everything in hand!! Definitely recommend this place

Chicken cutlet’ yummy just the way i love it’ 😋 pizza is always made the way i ask 💯 salad is always on point .. chicken tenders are so big and taste so fresh… all in all GET WIT THEM !!!! 💕

I normally have a very good experience with epire pizza but as of right now, I'm 2 hours into waiting for my order and still nothing. We called to ask and they said someone was out to deliver an hour ago. It makes me sad because I usually get good service from this place, but in all honesty this is getting a bit ridiculous. We're regulars and the drivers know where we live so they didn't get lost...

Not really the driver's fault, someone accidentally pushed a different button on a GPS and sent the poo guy off to the middle of nowhere. They really do normally have great service and great pizza. I'm actually eating some right now from a different order later on and it's just as good as always! Also noted based on other reviews, we only ever order through "Grub Hub" we've never been to the store in person nor called to order over the phone.

Ordered a large custom pizza and deep-fried mushrooms for delivery. Order was delivered when promised (~45 mins), was still hot, and the driver was very friendly. In town on business and thought I would take a chance on this place; Empire Pizza is great!

I just ordered a steak and cheese grinder my boyfriend got a cheeseburger grinder. It was aswome. So tasty. Perfect. Yummy 😋 i found my new restaurant. For real. Very happy

Great pizza for the price, the owner and staff are hard-working to say the least, and the pizzas never disappointed me yet. While they may have had some issues in the past they seem to have taken care of it and the pizza tastes better than ever, will be eating here again soon.
